  Perfect location and best view from porch. Within walking distance of all shops and restaurants. We had a few housekeeping issues with Holland Realty. Gail (owner) was extremely helpful and resolved the problems for us. She was great to work with! We love Folly and hope to rent this condo again.

  This unit was perfect for our vacation. It is spacious, well decorated, convenient to everything and a great view of the ocean for a unit that is not on front beach. We enjoyed the large porch particularly in the early mornings and evenings. There is a lot of activity everywhere, enjoyed people watching. We could hear some great music from the Tiki bar at the Tides hotel when sitting on the porch at night. Will definitely try and visit again in the future. Gail was great to work with, very accommodating. Elevator right outside the door was perfect for loading and unloading.

  This lovely home is well appointed inside with everything you need for a wonderful stay at Folly. My husband fished on the pier every day - a 5 minute walk. We were able to walk to many shops and restaurants within 1 block or two of the condo. The large balcony is a big plus. We were there during Spring break so it was pretty busy; we sat on the balcony watching people pay $10 to park in the lot in front of us, so they could walk to the beach. The lots were full in no time. The owner is very professionals and good to work with. A huge plus these days.

  This was my first visit to Folly Beach. You could not ask for a better location to stay. It was walking distance to everything and the view from the balcony was really great for it not being ocean front. We loved the decor and it worked well for the 4 girls that stayed there. The only complaint which was really not a huge deal is that the woven carpet hurt your feet to walk on. This is the only reason for not giving it 5 stars. We found ourselves wanting to wear shoes all the time just to walk around in the condo. Other than that, it is a really nice condo! I am really missing that deck and will think about this condo again if I go with a group of people again!

  Great place at Folly. Great location minutes to the beach and minutes to Center Street shops. Great ocean views. Very nicely decorated and a really comfortable place to stay. Owners are a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

  We had a great time enjoying your condo. It is in a great location. Once you are there, you really do not even need you car. We walked to Center Street to check out the shops and eat in the restaurants. Also, a very quick walk to the beach. Thanks for sharing your condo with us and we will definitely be back.

  The pictures do not do justice. Spent almost 3 weeks in this beautiful villa. It was clean, and well maintained. The location was great!! Most everything is within walking distance, the pier, beach, restaurants, shops. Not to mention it is only a short drive to Historical Downtown Charleston, SC. While there we took a short drive down Ashley Ave. to the lighthouse off Folly Beach. It is a bit of a walk from parking area, but well worth it. I highly recommend this rental and plan on staying again. Thanks Gail for an awesome expierence!

  We could not have asked for a more perfect place to spend our beach vacation. We are four women who just got back from celebrating our friends 32nd birthday at Folly Beach. We had a wonderful time and spent most of it on the beach or in this condo. There is a glorious view from the kitchen, dining area, and family room. The balcony is a wonderful place to eat every meal, nap, laugh, and enjoy a splendid view of the ocean. There is ample room and privacy. We thoroughly enjoyed the decor. It is very close to the beach, so much so that when we got hungry during a rigorous afternoon of sunbathing, we were able to swiftly return to the condo to prepare sandwiches and take them back out onto the beach. The kitchen is a great place to prepare meals, and the location is a VERY short walk to everything we wanted to do. The condo was very well maintained and very clean. We are ready to move in. We are pleased and will pass on this condo to friends and hope to make it a yearly event:)

  We just got back from our vacation to Folly beach. We had such a great time and this condo was perfect for us. Plenty of room. We had two couples, two small children and a teenager, but we never seemed to be in each others way. When we first walked in and saw the place, everyone said wow. The condo just seemed to go on forever. It was a very good size, and it was very nicely decorated, very well furnished, and best of all had a nice 3rd floor balcony with a great view of the ocean. We had a full moon while we were there and it was beautiful to sit out there at night and watch the moon over the water. The condo is only a block away from the beach and very close to beach access. It was nice beacause our area wasn't too crowded. It was also very close to the restaurants and shops. We could walk to everything. Everything we could have needed was in the condo. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, silverware, and cooking supplies. We made breakfast and lunch everyday then took it out to eat on the balcony. The furnishings were all nice and seemed to be fairly new. We were all very happy with our stay and will book again next year. P.S. Even though this property is on the third floor, there is an elevator. That was a lifesaver.

length of stay.  All rentals require a deposit, cleaning fee charge and tax rate 
of 12.5%.  Two night minimum on all stays.
Summer rates: $240.00/night--$1495.00/week plus cleaning and taxes
Fall rates:  $215.00-$230.00/night --$1200.00 to $1400.00/week (Oct and Nov) 
December: $175.00/night--$1000.00 week--$2500.00/month
Jan-March:  $150.00/night--$800.00/week--$1950.00/month
Can provide increment pay schedule.
