  First I want to start off by saying I have stayed and done business with Lee the property owner on several occasions. He is flexible and easy to work with. i have only stayed at his properties since I started frequenting Miami. This is my 2nd time staying at this property and it is so perfect for me. One reason is because it is in the heart of everything Ocean Dr. The beach it literally across the street and the restaurants on Oceans are all walking distance. When I come to Miami I don’t stay in the room, so what is the need to get a out of this world expensive hotel is I’m not going to stay put in it long enough. Don’t get me wrong this place is NICE!! It has all of the necessities a person may need for a fabulous Miami vacay. The bed it way more comfortable than it may look and the space is perfect. The reason I love this place the most is because it’s near everything I need. Big Pinks restaurant and Nikki Beach is four blocks up, the beach is across the street, the shopping strip right behind Ocean, Fat Tuesdays and Clevelander a few blocks away, and David’s (my favorite place to eat) only a few blocks as well. All in all, this place is necessary for anyone looking for a place that is NOT a hotel and offers all the amenities a person needs. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable place when vacationing in Miami.

  Great property! Clean, well maintained and right on 5th street Ocean Drive where it all happens! Between many restaurants to choose from, Wallgreens around the corner to fill up your fridge, look cute for on the beach! My husband and I had a great time! Lee thnx for letting our reservation and payment go smoothly without any problems!!! And Eduardo, you where so nice to us when meeting us! thnx guys! omaira & Eugene from Aruba!

  I was a little apprehensive at first to rent a room from a private owner, but the price was too good and based on the reviews i decided to go with it. I just came back from my stay here and i will literally NEVER stay at a hotel again in south beach. The price was ridiculously good for the location and the owner Lee is extremely professional and was very prompt with responding back to my emails and answering his phone. The room was clean and he sent my deposit within a day of checking out. If you're thinking of staying at south beach and you want to get a good deal, definitely go with Lee because he has several types of properties that can work for small and large groups and he is definitely worthy of your trust and business. Thank you Lee, your professionalism and hospitality was very much appreciated!

  My daughter and I came back to visit miami and luckily chose to stay here. Where we got to play tourist in one of the best locations! The apartment is very clean and has everything you could want. The kitchen was a huge plus for us and there is a blender so I could make my shakes in the morning. The location is great for getting up early and seeing the sunrise as we did. The building is very safe and neighbors are friendly. I would totally stay here again! Thanks again Lee for providing us such a wonderful place to stay when we came back to visit our friends in Miami !!!

  My stay was great. The Location was great. Price was great. This was my first time booking a vacation rental and traveling alone. Lee was very professional and his reply time was very good especially compared to other people I tried to rent from. This condo was very nice. The only downside is the hallways look a little run down. I would most definitely book and stay again if ever in Miami. Also received my deposit the day after I returned from my vacation. Very fast!!!!

  POSTED ON TRIP ADVISER Thanks for a great 9 days stay on Ocean Beach in SoBe. This was exactly what I and my two sons (8th and 5th grade) wanted for location next to one of the best beaches in the us. Lee delivered exactly what he said in the profile and more. He made sure the arrangements were ready and provided all the things one needs for this great location stay. The condo was very clean and large for the three of use (easly twice/three times the space we would have received in a hotel). The transactions were always professional and very expedient. I and my two boys really enjoyed how everything was with walking distance to this condo (publix grocery, cvs, south point park, the beach (only 100 yards to the sand), the restuarants, plenty of shops, bike rental, pool, boardwalk, parking, and a gym). I was initially worried that it would be too much of a party atmosphere at night, but this place is located just at the start/end (great for an adult only vacation), and it's also in back of the condo tucked in a quiet location. The restaurants out front of the Barbizon had great staffs and good food. We'll definitely be back and have told all my friends and family it's a great spot for a beach vacation.

  This was a great spot for myself and my two sons (10 and 13) to enjoy a relaxing summer break at the greatest beach in the US. The condo was spacious and fully equiped (twice to three times what we would have gotten if we stayed at one of the hotels). It was great cooking in or just stepping out the door to the many great restuarants along Ocean Drive. Working with the owner/manager was outstanding, professional, and very accomodating. The place was very clean, full of all you need to make a feast, enjoy peace and quiet, and plenty of great restuarants. The location is superb. So close to the beach, and in the heart of the fun, shopping of SoBe, and plenty of ease getting in/out of fun of South Beach. Cars are not needed unless you're looking to explore the City. We rented bikes (within two blocks) for 4 hrs at $10, or walked to the shops, Publix, CVS, taxi and public buses are so easy to get/use. We would definitely return and recommend this place for any occassion, particularly if you love the ocean and beach. Not to mention it's also a great value for the location, accomodations, and ease of doing business with the owner/manager. THanks

  It was a really nice place, clean and very well kept. the space was enough for 4 people. it looks exactly like the pictures. best of all is close to everything!
