  We enjoyed our stay very much. Close to the beach. Loved the lagoon with gazebo - Very relaxing. We are planning to stay again in the fall.

  We had a great time while in pensacola beach. had great weather for our entire stay. the rental was very well kept and just the right distance to the beach. though it was 2 miles from the boardwalk we enjoyed the quietness from all the activity/noise in that area. we enjoyed feeding the resident ducks in the lagoon too. one thing that would have improved our stay would be to have a dumpster closer to our end for checkout day. overall i would recommend staying with gulf blue and in this complex too (especially if you want to avoid alot of traffic/noise from other activities). thanks again gulf blue. we'll be back!

  Unit was very comfortable, loved the location, couldn't ask for a better place for the price. The only complaint I have was the parking situation (only 2 vehicles per unit) Gulf Blue took care of my issue with no problem. Loved the unit overall and look forward to booking again with Gulf Blue. All the staff are very friendly and always eager to assist. Susan and Yvonne are a pleasure to do business with. Why book a hotel when you can book a condo and have all the comforts of home? My condo was a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath with 6 adults and space was never an issue. Try that in a hotel room. Can't wait to book again!!!

  This was the perfect location for me and my four-year-old grandson on our week getaway from CA. The entertainment was designed around him, so the ducks in the pond were a highlight of the visit. The pool was nice and warm, the beach fabulous, although we didn't spend much time there. My grandson preferred the beach on the sound side where there were more kids and no waves. There was tv with a dvd in every room and internet, which was good because there was almost nothing on tv except religion and shopping. There is some limited Blockbuster rentals at kiosks in Gulf Breeze at Walmart and Publix (better choice). The internet is also useful for local movie times. On our last day it poured down rain, which would have been no problem but we had to check out at ten am and our plane didn't leave until five! The staff suggested we go to the Naval Air Museum. I spent hours there throughout the torrential rains with a very happy kid. What a lifesaver! The place was very clean, everything worked, there were lots of supplies and dishes. I felt completely safe, which I don't feel in larger fancier hotels. Having a kitchen is the only way to vacation. If I vacation again in this area I would probably stay here again.

  My family of four enjoyed our vacation rental. We loved the ducks and the location of the condo on the property was great - pool is very close and beach is maybe a 2 minute walk! Loved that it was quiet. The actual condo could use some maintenance work - painting, cleaning, Wi-Fi, and overall updating. But it worked.

  We've been regularly renting condos, townhomes and houses on Pensacola and Navarre beaches for the last 30 years. This is the first disappointing rental we've ever made. First-the photos are of the place when it was new. Carpets are dirty, stained, nasty. Walls are dirty, scuffed, scratched. Lamp is broken. No counter space in bathrooms at all. If you like drinking out of plastic, you'll be fine. There are sheets on the master bed, but no mattress cover (eww!). No blankets anywhere- either a sheet or the comforter will have to do. The sofa is broken. In all fairness there was a "repairman" who stopped by, but he said he would take care of it the morning we left. We sat on the sofa and really, it just needs to go to the curb. The footstool for the chair is ripped and both don't feel clean at all. Furniture and decorative items looks like they were picked up at garage sales.Walls are paper thin and you'll hear all the partying going on in the complex. Bring hangars and a blow dryer. The stove-the burner pans are absolutely filthy and greasy. How hard could it be to wash or replace those? I've never given a negative review before- but feel I need to warn others. I'll be sure to make a list and pass off to management when we leave. If you are on an extreme budget, and don't mind a one-star rental, this is the place for you.

I take guest feedback very seriously, so you can rest assured your concerns will be promptly addressed with my rental company, Gulf Blue Vacations, which is located just a couple of miles away. I sure hope you contacted them right away to alert them to your concerns as they are always very responsive in addressing any guest concerns when they arise, as well as have repairmen on call. I am sorry you found a few items missing (e.g. hangars, glasses, blankets, etc.), but unfortunately on occasion things do go missing and don't get noticed during the long and very busy rental season. The burner pans have already been replaced, and the rental company will ensure the linen service replaces the mattress pad which they must have failed to replace when the sheets and towels were changed out immediately prior to your arrival. I appreciate your comment on the couch, and will certainly investigate the purchase of a new one. I am truly sorry the condo didn't meet your expectations, but greatly appreciate the feedback you provided as it will be used to correct any difficiences so as to ensure future guests, just like past ones, continue to enjoy a clean, affordable place to come and enjoy Pensacola Beach with their friends and families.   Had a nice vacation in this little condo. Pros--good size, comfortable, near the beach, quiet, nice landscaping, great view of lagoon with ducks & pool. Cons--air conditioning went out twice in one week (but management was GREAT about getting it fixed quickly), cannot really see the beach from condo (lagoon was a great view, though, and made up for this). Condo could use a few touch-ups, but we prefer "comfy" to "perfect" so this wasn't a big issue. No lifeguards at this section of beach, so take a buddy. Our family is used to Myrtle Beach. Pensacola Beach is a lot less commercial and quiet (at least at this time of year) which was a nice change. The sand is beautiful! Fun stuff to do--funky local gift shop near the Subway restaurant on the main strip, Naval Aviation museum at NAS Pensacola was interesting and free, Fort Pickens is nearby and a neat day trip if you like history. We did putt-putt one day and shopped at the local "boardwalk." There are several waverunner rentals available, along with parasailing and other water sports which we did not participate in, not being the sporty types. It was easily to get around the area and the traffic was only heavy at the main intersection. The ladies at the welcome center were extremely enthusiastic and helpful, so be sure to stop there for info. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend and would like to stay here again if we travel to the area. Thanks for helping our family have a great time in Pensacola!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

The complete AC system was replaced this week, so that should keep the problem you experienced from reoccurring.
