The Condominium is located on the first floor of the Brigantine Lsland Beach Resort. From the Master bedroom there is a small view of the ocean. The beach is quiet, guarded, and never crowded. Six beach tags and a handy beach cart are included. Cool off in the guarded pool, maintained at a perfect 79 degress from Memorial Day through labor Day.
We just completed all new renovations, the bedrooms are spacious that features a king-sized bed, Queen-sized bed, full-sized futon, queen-sized sleep sofa. TV in living room has a DVD player, with Cable TV, CD player, We have TVs in all the Bedrooms. There is a full eat-in kitchen, which is fully equipped with all new major and small appliances: Toaster oven, toster, microwave oven, pots, pans, gadgets, etc. The bathrooms are bright and cheerful. The living room is spacious, comfortable and charming and also has a sleeper sofa.
Our pride of ownership is evident throughout the condominium and, in addition to the amenities listed below, each room is equipped with Central air conditioning, blankets are provided but the linens and towels are the responsibility of the tenant. This condominium is a quiet place to relax, minute drive to the entertainment, dining, and boardwalk in Atlantic City. Family-friendly, Elevator and Tennis courts nearby. We request that you honor our NO Smoking and NO Pets policy for our benefit and for our other tenants.
