Custom-built home in exclusive De Anza Estates. Wonderful location with unbeatable views of Indian Head and San Ysidro Mountains. Very private attractively landscaped yard with covered patio, arbor, pool and Jacuzzi, and gas barbecue. Excellently equipped for outdoor entertaining. There are 15 mature citrus trees around the perimeter of the back yard, with seasonal fruit available.

This is a very attractively furnished home with cathedral ceilings throughout, and a massive travertine fireplace in the living room. The home is designed to provide every guest with a high level of privacy. There are four ceiling fans, one in each bedroom, and one in the breakfast area, in addition to two central heating and air conditioning units, and a swamp cooler to provide everyone with a comfortable relaxing vacation.

The master bedroom suite has a cathedral ceiling queen size bed, fireplace, television, full bath and vanity with his and her sinks, and a glass sliding door for views and access to the backyard.

The private second bedroom suite has a queen sized bed, television, and its own full bathroom.

The third bedroom has a queen bed, cathedral ceiling and fan, views of the backyard, and a full bath directly across the hall.

Borrego Springs is surrounded by 665,000 acre Anza Borrego State Park, and offers pristine trails for great hiking, biking, and off-roading. There is a very active Borrego Desert Society, with scheduled hikes, photography, and painting. There are several golf courses nearby with reasonable green fees.
