Drive 10KM and turn right at the directional sign to Playa del Coco.
Drive 13.8KM to Playa del Coco. Be sure to bear right at the fork in the road as you enter the the town. There is a large ships anchor there. Continue about 200 meters and PACIFICO will be on your right.

About the owner: I came to Costa Rica many years ago to Scuba dive. I fell in love with the climate, culture, and location. I decided to buy a property and start a business so that I could spend more time here. I received my Residency in 2010 and come to Costa Rica once a month.
Why the Owner Chose Playa del Coco:
I chose this condo because it is absolutely beautiful. It is energy efficient (I installed better windows) and is close to Coco. The grounds are gorgeous and the facilities are like no other.
