  It is difficult to review this home and not repeat what the other reviews have already stated. We have rented homes for several years now and the house is as beautiful as the pictures show. It is a very clean home and was a pleasure to stay in. The layout of the home is very nice with all four bedrooms on the main floor, with the master on the opposite side of the home. Since we did not have young children with us the upstairs playroom was not a benefit to us personally but would certainely work well with children. The kitchen and the lanai/pool area was where we spent most of our time. I will say that because of the angle of the photo of the pool we expected it to be a little bigger/longer than it was, but the water was nice and warm and the hot tub was enjoyable. Unfortunately we did not rent the boat but we did enjoy going down to the dock area looking at the fish, relaxing by the water where the guys enjoyed their cigars. I can see that the boat option is definitely an added attraction for this home. Leslie was wonderful to work with before our stay and stayed in touch with us throughout the stay. She provided excellant restaurant locations also which we enjoyed. The beaches are approx. 25-30 minutes away by car. We enjoyed Sanibel and Captiva where we got to see and swim by dolphins as close as 15 feet. That was amazing. Fort Meyers is a good choice if your looking for more activity. Also Bonita Beach has several beaches about 45 minutes south of this home which are also nice. Options for groceries, shopping and of course dinning are easily available within 5-15 minutes from the home. I don't believe anyone would be disappointed with a stay in this lovely home.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We can't begin to thank you enough for your hospitality! We had a wonderful time in Cape Coral. Not only have we been able to spend time in such a lovely well organized house, but your generosity in showing us around and taking us on the boat trip was just above and beyond anything we had ever expected during our stay in Florida. You made us feel like family. Our kids had awesome time, Conrad felt very special when you allowed him steer the boat and Alexis had fun on the beach playing with the twins. Dorothy and I got little taste of boater’s lifestyle in Florida. We enjoyed the views of the areas shore and the thrill of being on a speeding boat. I was really incredible how attentive Jay was to all of us, especially at the end of our trip when Conrad and Alexis tried to catch fish and Jay was switching the bait/lures so, they could catch at least something. We do really appreciate all that. Also, I would like to thank you Leslie for all the info on Cape Coral area. Obviously, we could not see or try everything but will be ready when we come back next time. Again it was pleasure to meet you and your family and spend one day together. We will definitely spread the word around about your house, and if we go back to CC we will first check the availability calendar on your house’s web site I can assure you that another 5 star review is coming!   I had Family coming in for our wedding and I have rented several properties to accommodate all the guests. By far this was the best one!!! The house was gorgeous and very clean and the owner was just a amazing to work with. Everything is completely new and has a luxury feeling to it. We will see this house again no doubt about that :)

  Everything about our experience renting Villa Rosa was amazing. Leslie was extremely easy to communicate with and very helpful before, during, and after our stay in Cape Coral. The pictures posted online are beautiful and portray this house exactly as it was when we arrived. The location was an easy drive from Fort Myers airport and also convenient to local shops and restaurants. The house was well cleaned and we felt at home very quickly. Leslie has an entire binder available with details about the property along with restaurants and activities in the area. There are plenty of linens, bath towels, and beach towels available which made packing much easier. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends (and already have!). Renting the boat along with the house was the best decision and we enjoyed takings trips to Rumrunners and the Nauti Mermaid, or just cruising through the canals. The captain who provided the instruction for the boat and local waterways was also extremely pleasant and easy to work with. He provided specific instructions related to the canals and waterways so we quickly felt comfortable navigating the area on our own. We are already hoping to be lucky enough to stay at Villa Rosa again in the future! This was our first vacation with our 13 month old daughter and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

  Beautiful, spacious, comfortable home on a quiet cul de sac and backing up to a Cape Coral Canal, this is simply the best equipped home we have ever rented. The kitchen is better equipped than our own at home. Large and spacious for entertaining or families, it is especially child friendly while not detracting from the adult experience. Dining, shopping, beaches, entertainment, golf, movies, groceries, are all just minutes away without leaving the Cape. Owners and property managers are responsive and exceptionally helpful. While all boats down here are expensive, this one is a value and I highly recommend the added experience.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Simply the best equipped home we have ever rented. This wonderful, comfortable property sits on a quiet cul de sac and backs to a beautiful Cape Coral canal only 15 minutes by boat from Red Fish Cove (rent the boat too for a great added pleasure.)The home is roomy and comfortable with a spacuious master suite, 3 other bdrs PLUS, if you have little ones, a huge 2nd flr playroom. It comes with bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, pool floats, fishing gear, and owners who are very responsive. The kitchen is bigger and better equipped than our own. Restaurants, shopping, movies, groceries, are all within a few minutes on the Cape. This location has it all.

  The house is a paradise where there is something for everyone. Wonderful kitchen, nice outdoor space, office( which is great for people who had to work while on vacation) and finally the second floor full with toys that our kids enjoyed a lot. The owners are the most amazing, friendly people willing to help and make your vacation even more amazing Thank you for renting us your property we will come again.

  We've had a great, relaxed time in this spacious, clean villa. Looks exactly as shown in the pictures. Very childfriendly and lots of things to do in the area. We loved sitting on the deck nearby the water and the kids really loved the pool. We've spend our Holidays in this house with a party of 8 and because of the size of the house it felt very comfortable, enough bed- and bathrooms. Really like to visit this villa again, didn't want to go home...

  One of the best vacations ever ... Beautiful house, modern and comfortable. Everything was great - heated pool with a spa, huge kitchen, plenty of living room, wonderful location. So great we could rent a boat with the house! Went on a daily boating trips either to fish, or just to relax by Sanibel island. Wonderful owners! Thank you Leslie for responding to my calls/emails right away!
