The new Rendezvous development is located on the north end of the town of Winter Park and is just two and a half miles from the town of Fraser. Our unit is nestled behind the old Idlewild Ski Area on Re-Union Court. So yes, you can access miles of cross country ski,snowshoe, bike and running trails just outside the back door.
After entering the two car garage,enter directly into the beautifully decorated living, kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you will need including slab granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Six people can sit comfortably at the kitchen table and 4 more can dine at the kitchen bar.
A Weber gas grill,located on the back deck, is also available for your use. The master bedroom is on this level with a beautiful king-size bed and full bath. The half bath on this level is also very convenient. Satellite TV and DVD/CD player with surround sound are also provided in the living area. VIEWS from the living room,master bedroom and deck are a great finishing touch to this comfortable main level.
There are two more bedrooms on the lowet walkout level. One has a queen bed, its own bathroom and great views. The other can sleep four in a twin with trundle and in twin bunks. The bathroom in the hall services the "bunk" room as well as the separate family room which is a great area for the kids to socialize, play games or watch satellite TV, VHS tapes and DVD's.
