This beautiful, newly renovated two bedroom, two bath first floor villa is perfectly located in the center of the Beach Club on "Fabulous Fripp." This impeccable and tastefully decorated condo will give you the light and airy feel of a villa in the British West Indies. When you open the door to the rich decor of cool wood floors, warm mahogany furnishings and delightful palm accents you'll feel like you've stepped into that island vacation you've been longing for.
This is the perfect affordable getaway. Beach Club Villa 161 accommodates up to six guests. Sleeping accommodations offer a king-size master suite with it's own private bathroom, a second bedroom with queen-size bed, as well as a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Each bedroom has it's own TV. This spacious villa boasts a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, comfortable living space, screened porch overlooking the canal, marsh and crabbing dock, two bathrooms, washer and dryer in unit. This lovely unit is ideal for a family who wants to be steps from the beach and close to everything. It's first floor location makes it convenient for seniors or anyone not wishing to navigate a lot of stairs.
Imagine waking in the morning to the sounds of birds chirping and the sun glistening off the marsh. Step out your door for a morning stroll on the beach. Go crabbing or fishing on the private dock right outside your back door. Go biking or play a round of golf. Relax on the beach, visit the shops or just enjoy the quiet serenity that is Fripp Island - OR - take the short 20 minute drive into beautiful, historic Beaufort for lunch in a quaint cafe, shopping, and gallery hopping. Ride the horse and buggy for a colorful tour of this magnificent town oozing with Southern charm and hospitality. Visit the lighthouse on Hunting Island or fish off it's seemingly endless pier. Then head back to your own little slice of the beach where you can enjoy the sunset and a Pina Colada with the sounds of live music wafting from the Sandbar.
The kids will love the activities available in summer at Camp Fripp. Dolphin cruises, nature walks, arts and crafts, beach olympics and the wonderful camp counselors are sure to entertain the little ones. We decided to buy a condo here because we want our kids to experience the easyness of vacationing. They have so much freedom here and love to ride off on their bikes, or walk across the street to the beach or pool. They meet new friends each summer and reconnect with them each time we return. It is a very special, laid back place.

My husband and I and our two small children, ages 4 and 6 spent a long weekend in the condo and had a wonderful time. Greg was very gracious and easy to work with when we had to re-schedule our August visit due to a small hurricane (Irene), and offered us a long weekend in October. We were not sure about the beach in October, but, as Greg promised... it was fabulous. The golf cart was so much fun.. and the crab trap that we used courtesy of Greg's son was great. My kids LOVED catching their own dinner! This condo is a great place, in a great location and we loved Fripp! We would definitely stay here again. Great condo, very clean and true to listing details.. Thanks Greg for a wonderful vacation!

Great stay with the family. Enjoyed the use of the golf cart. Great location and very clean condo. Owners had excellent communication with us and gave us great tips for planning, shopping, and ways to save a few dollars on our trip. Deer would show up in back up condo early in the morning and we even had some come up during lunch.

We are a family of four that thoroughly enjoyed our Fripp vacation. This condo was perfect for us with its central location on the island. My son loved the crabbing dock and we loved the crab dip and crab cakes! All of the pools were nice and we could walk to the ocean. We loved riding the golf cart in the evenings. The owners were very helpful and we were very pleased with the condo. Hope to be back there again!!!

We decided to take a quick preview to Fripp for a few days and came across this condo. The title sums it up! The condo is in the PERFECT location to have easy beach, pool, tennis access. The golf cart was a lot of fun to see the island. I felt my blood pressure come down immediately as soon as we landed on the island! Working with Greg was outstanding and he was able to make tips to make our visit the best it could be. We will be renting this condo again!

Great condo for our family of five. Outstanding location - across the street from the beach and an easy golf cart ride to anywhere on the island. The golf cart is awesome - the kids loved cranking tunes on the big stereo. Convenient crabbing dock right behind the condo. The condo is clean and all appliances and mechanicals work exceedingly well. Full size washer and dryer made life easy for our family. Owners are extremely responsive and dedicated to making your vacation great. Highly recommended.

We returned yesterday, I had to work today. We had a wonderful time, everything was terrific. We only caught one crab, but it was such fun for our granddaughter to check it everyday. We stayed at your condo for a girl's weekend and it was just wonderful! The condo was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our vacation. It was right across the street from the beach and was very peaceful and relaxing. We liked havin a location right in the middle of the island so everything was convenient. The owner's were wonderful to deal with and very customer service oriented. I highly recommend staying here.

This condo is amazingly beautiful! Of all the condos we have rented on Fripp Island over the years, this one is absolutely the best. The furnishings are immaculate and well taken care of. There is great attention to detail. The kitchen is stocked. It is a warm and cozy place big enough for our family of 6! We love it and rent it several times a year. I would reccomend this condo to anyone looking for a beautiful, affordable place to stay ... just steps away from the beach.
