This spacious villa boasts a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, comfortable living space, screened porch overlooking the canal, marsh and crabbing dock, two bathrooms, washer and dryer in unit. It's first floor location makes it convenient for seniors or anyone not wishing to navigate a lot of stairs.

Relax on the beach, visit the shops or just enjoy the quiet serenity that is Fripp Island - OR - take the short 20 minute drive into beautiful, historic Beaufort for lunch in a quaint cafe, shopping, and gallery hopping. Ride the horse and buggy for a colorful tour of this magnificent town oozing with Southern charm and hospitality. Visit the lighthouse on Hunting Island or fish off it's seemingly endless pier. Then head back to your own little slice of the beach where you can enjoy the sunset and a Pina Colada with the sounds of live music wafting from the Sandbar.
The kids will love the activities available in summer at Camp Fripp. Dolphin cruises, nature walks, arts and crafts, beach olympics and the wonderful camp counselors are sure to entertain the little ones.
