It is nestled amongst twenty-five private acres of soaring palms on an exquisitely pristine, secret, sandy cove and beach. Villa Violeta is our private beach home that we like to share with people from all over the world. We want you to experience and enjoy our “little piece of paradise”. Villa Violeta is completely unique to most homes for rent. We offer great services with a good cook who prepares and serves 2 meals a day, provides food and beverage shopping, housekeeping and spa services. Plus, you have the villa to yourself unless you decide to invite friends or family to share it with.

It is the perfect destination for those who seek seclusion, privacy, tranquility, and luxury, and yet is located just 40 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta with its international airport, world-class dining, great shopping and nightlife. It´s 5 minutes from quaint, unspoiled San Francisco village, 15 minutes from the charming, bustling fishing and surfing village of Sayulita, and a short drive to the new Four Seasons Resort at Punta de Mita. You´ll follow a 3/4 mile private jungle drive through palms, bananas, and arbutus trees whose bark glistens like dripping amber when backlit by the tropical sun.

This striking home is carved into a secluded point of land and boasts 350 feet of beachside oceanfront. The palapa roof soars to over 60 feet creating a dramatic backdrop for this unique home. There is a whisper of Indonesian style in the decor and dramatic touches of India in the architectural details.

The 40 foot living room is open wide to take advantage of the soft Pacific breezes and coastline views, while milky, marble floors cool your bare feet. Ancient carved Indian arches frame the king-size master suite with its comfortable seating area, air-conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player. Twin vanities and a stunning outdoor shower that complete the master suite.

The large, charming kitchen is fully-equipped with purified water dispenser, microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker, you name it...but best of all, a wonderful local cook and houseman to tend to all your needs! Just steps away is an outdoor terrace overlooking the heated pool, beach, and gorgeous Pacific coastline.

Follow the stone steps around the house to a spacious, second-floor king Palapa Suite with a shower. This room also includes an annex with a queen futon bed, stereo DVD player and open closet. The open-air palapa stretches up another 30 feet for a dramatic effect. The beds are draped in flowing white nets and have fans for a cool breeze all to give this room its own exotic/tropical personality. The room also features cushy chairs, TV and DVD/CD player...all the ingredients for the perfect hideaway.

There is a comfortable garden lounge, (perfect for kids/teens or adventurous adults) and bar for elegant open-air happy hours overlooking the manicured gardens and pool. The perfect spot for margaritas, afternoon siestas, reading, or whiling away the hours in paradise. Must use powder room at main entrance. No full bath.

You can laze all day on the pristine sands of your secluded beach, pass the hours beside a sparkling, heated sapphire pool, or take a gentle ride in a hammock while overhead the palm trees dance their seductive dance. Rustic, private steps will carry you down to the sands below, while your chariot awaits to take you back up --- this villa has its own railway-style elevator!
