Built in 2002, this home is nestled in the trees above Kings Beach. It was purchased in 2005 and furnished with new bedding, linens, towels, cookware, dishes, bedroom and living room furniture. New linens and towels each year.
As you enter, you will find a Great Room with 20 foot high ceilings, large windows with a forested view and a sliding glass door to a deck. On the deck are chairs and a Webber gas BBQ. In the living room you can enjoy a new large sectional sofa in front of a gas fireplace, that is backed with beautiful stone tile. There is a rustic wood dining table that seats eight. The entertainment center includes a stereo, cable TV, VHS and DVD player and a selection of DVD’s and games.
The kitchen features granite countertops, a gas stove and microwave, Analon gourmet cookware, new dishes, silverware and utensils, a granite bar and leather barstools. There are three bedrooms, each with queen size beds and new bedding.
The home is easily accessible from North Lake Boulevard and Highway 80 via 267.Centrally located; it is 15 minutes or less from Tahoe City, Truckee and Incline Village and approximately 45 minutes from Reno.
Note: There is an attached unit with a separate entrance (lowest of 3 floors)that is occupied by a young, quiet, professional couple. The only shared space is the garage. The house is well insulated and very private. The rates are discounted to reflect the unit.
