Luxury condo with 2 master suites near the heart of Old Town Scottsdale and a mini van for your use at no extra charge. Newly remodeled and extremely comfortable. New couches, dining room set and bedroom set 7/17/09. Brand new 55" HDTV flatscreen in living room, brand new 35" HDTV in master bedroom. A brand new Toshiba Satellite laptop computer with high speed wireless internet is provided. You can't live without internet I know!! I also have a TOM TOM GPS in the condo for your use. If you need it, the condo has it. Of course there is a Keurig coffee maker fully stocked with coffee.
The condo is an extremely comfortable place with brand new brand new couches and 2 awesome king size beds. I have recently turned the 2nd bedroom into a 2nd master suite with a king size bed to accommodate 2 couples more comfortably. The condo is not one of these artsy fartsy contemporary places with couches and chairs that look great in the pictures but are cold and hard when you need to relax after a hard day on the links or shopping.
Just minutes from the best shopping and dining areas in town.
Two top quality cruiser bikes are provided for your enjoyment.
Just around the corner, the Scottsdale greenbelt is a 17 mile bike and walking path that winds through town and past many places to eat or have coffee. I have put together a 3 ring binder of all the best places to eat and shop to make it easier for you to navigate around town.

My sister and I rented Michael's place last week for our vacation and family wedding. The location was perfectly located to many attractions. The condo was very clean and well kept. The beds were extremely comfortable and the place was very quiet. Michael had so many additional items there for our use - tennis rackets, mountain bikes, a Tom-Tom and computer as well as a grocery store discount card! The mini-van was a wonderful perk! The air conditioning worked well and we buzzed around Phoenix in comfort. I would definately recommend staying here and would love to come back and visit again! Michael was extremely accomodating and made special arrangements for us to get into the condo ahead of our scheduled time. It was no problem at all, he said. The pictures show what you get, but they don't show the cozy comfort of the place. An excellent place to stay!

Michael, you delivered on all of your promises. The two mountain bikes were a big hit as well as the tennis raquets and new balls. The two swimming pools were clean and inviting (not over crowded at all, and the hot tub was warm and relaxing. We made good use of the laptop computer to check out areas and places/times for our adventures. The GPS unit was also a very handy device for us to use as we were unsure of what construction was going on in certain areas. What a comfortable, homey place you thought of everything (execpt a blender for yummy margaritas, but we compromised and had them on the rocks!), you even had tiny icecube trays for our water bottles! The pictures were exactly what we experienced. Big comfortable livingroom furniture, a cozy place to relax and unwind on the patio, big easy to fall asleep in beds, lots of hot water and fluffy bath towels, and a kitchen that was able to produce scrumptious meals and a nice big van that was clean and ready to take us where ever we wanted to go--the unlimited miles was a wonderful plus! Who could ask for anything more? Please let your cleaning staff know that everything was spotless and sparkling and we sure appreciate them. We have already recommeded this place to others so please don't hesitate to stay here (oh no! maybe I should give a "bad" revue so that we can always find this place open for our use.). Michael you are a wonderful host! Thank you so much, Wisconsin snowbirds (there were 4 inches of snow on the ground when we left) wishing they were back in your condo.

My husband & I enjoyed a four night stay at the condo. It is a nice place and in a good, central location. We were in Scottsdale for a family wedding, so having the van available for use was fantastic! Comfy beds and room to spread out made it relaxing. Definitely put the laptop to good use. The complex is very quiet and secure. Overall it was really nice to be in a place that felt more like a home than a hotel room. The only "negatives" were the A/C unit is rather loud, and I was not aware the pool area took a key to get in & out. I got in because the gate was slightly ajar, but once there found myself locked in! Thankfully the locals came to my rescue! So if you go, do use the pool because it is quite nice, but take the key! The condo is clean, comfortable, well kept. I would recommend it to friends and family. The van is a terrific amenity and - as it is included in the rental cost - it made the place a real bargain compared to renting a place AND renting a car.

Rented the condo upon a friends recommendation. Had high expectations and I am quite particular and not easily impressed. I must say my expectations were exceeded in every aspect. Firstly, the condo was very comfortable and clean. As claimed in the owners listing, the beds are very comfortable and a joy to fall into after a full day of enjoying all the activities available, ie.. hiking, biking,walking,tennis., etc.. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The heated pool and hot tub was a real treat, used it on a daily basis. The bikes and tennis racquets provided by the owner are of good quality and a bonus for sure. Many quality golf courses are nearby with pricing to suit any budget. The weather was amazing, 15 days of sunshine and very little cloud cover. The dry heat was a welcomed change from the humidity back home. Choice of quality restaurants are abundant as well. Old Town Scottsdale is a cool place with many unique shops and boutiques. Lastly, the owner went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our vacation. I have no hesitation reommending this area and this condo to anyone.

Loved the condo, pics don't do it justice, it has almost everything you could want and is located in the right area. The van got us everywhere we wanted to go and the mountain bikes were great with bike paths right there. The condo was very comfortable and the patio was great in the morning and evening temps.

Just arrived home from a fantastic two-week stay at this condo. Brand new furniture (not pictured as of today) that is stylish, comfortable and practical makes it a home-away-from-home. This place has ambiance! Michael has thought of everything - bikes for the greenbelt, tennis rackets and balls, GPS, and a laptop. Plenty of towels, pillows, soap and cleaning supplies. Just bring your clothes and order some groceries for delivery from the Safeway, and you're good to go! The patio is covered and comfortably furnished for morning coffee, reading or just unwinding in the nightime desert breeze after a long day of activity. The community is quiet and friendly and the pools were not crowded in the mid-summer heatwave. I highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting to stay in Scottsdale. It's a beautiful, quaint area that is close to Old Town shopping, golf courses, the greenbelt, Chaparral Park and Loop 101. Michael is accommodating and attentive - you'll be glad you stayed here.

My family and I went to Arizona for a wedding April-May 2009 and stayed at this condo... we couldn't have asked for more. This place is great. Very clean. Bed are sooo comfortable. We loved the patio on back, we ate breakfast there very morning. We would definately go back. Thanks Michael for a great experience.

We're back shivering again in the cold Midwest. . . but I wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our week in warm, sunny Scottsdale. Our "home away from home" had a quiet, homey feel and is located exactly where we wanted to be. We enjoyed the comfy beds and fluffy towels as well as the heated pool and hot tub. We will definitely be back.
