Home is walking distance to the best shops and restaurants Vero Beach has to offer in the Ocean Drive Beachside area. Private beach is only three lots east and Riverside Park is a few blocks to the west. Home features three separate large living areas
and each bedroom has either a king or queen sized bed. Recently remodeled kitchen is fully equiped to feed a large family. Home sits on a huge lot and back yard is tropical paradise with heated pool. You can sneak in a nap in one of the hammocks or
just relax at beach or pool. Property is perfect for an affordable vacation for a large family. Pool is heated to 80F, but spa is not.

The overall floor plan was very nice PROS We were very pleased with the floor plan of the house, the comfort of the beds the backyard had very tropical atmosphere and the house was very clean. CONS The electrical in the house needs updated the switches in the house needs a map for what turns on what for example you have to go in the front bedroom to turn the dinning room light on, and the jucuzzi tub we could never figure out how to turn on if possible. We received 2 keys for the house which were not needed because half of the windows had no locks on them. The lights in the master bathroom were very dull we had to take a lamp in for more lights. The biggest thing that we were upset about we met the owner and we asked here if we paid more can we get the pool heated above 80 she charged us an extra $100.00 to heat it to 84. The pool never went above 81 because it was on a timer and shut down at 10pm or blew a fuse which was everyday. I would only recommend the house if updates were made and they need to be updated very soon. The back rooms of the house had fans in them to circulate the air. Also be careful with the ladder in the pool the steps on it are missing!Recommended for: Families with teenagers.
