This cozy vacation home is nestled among mature pine trees with a mountain view of Northface ski area. The secluded backyard is private and backs to a greenbelt, and is a perfect place for sledding and kids to play in the snow. The home includes a large Master bedroom with a Queen size bed. Two additional bedrooms each include full/twin bunk beds which are perfect for two adults or three kids each. The living room also has two futon couches which can be used for extra sleeping if needed.
Guest access to Tahoe Donner amenities is included in the rental. We are a 5 minute walk from Tahoe Donners newly renovated Trout Creek fitness center, which has two swimming pools, weight room, yoga/aerobics room, cardio room, sauna, steam room and three jacuzzis. Other nearby amenities include tennis courts, equestrian center, beach club, cross country ski trails, mountain bike trails, and a highly regarded 18 hole golf course.
The house is located within 15 minutes from world class skiing; including Alpine, Squaw Valley, Northstar, Sugar Bowl, and Boreal. It is also a 1.5 mile drive from the Coyote Moon Golf Course and 25 minutes from Lake Tahoe.
