We are home to a camp in the summer season, Baseball Country. We are offering our 50 acre camp and CABIN home for University of Alabama football weekends or family gatherings!

Downstairs bedroom 1 adjoins sleeping porch - one bunk and two lower twin beds - sleeps 4
Downstairs bedroom 2 with own bath - two new bunks - sleeps 4
Downstairs bedroom 3 with own bath - one double bed - sleeps 2
Additional hall bath with shower downstairs.
Six additional outdoor enclosed showers.
Total of three full baths in the lodge / six outdoor showers.
DIVINE SHADED PICNIC AREA WITH PECAN TREES, COOL AND BREEZY WITH ADIRONDACK CHAIRS AND THREE PICNIC TABLES! CUTE POTTERY BARN / COTTAGE DECOR. House has plantation shutters, salvaged antique doors and fixtures, New leather sofa, Quarry and heart pine floors..feel of going to an old home place! Big pantry with new washer / dryer. Two hot water heaters downstairs, gas log fire to dining kitchen area and natural fireplace to den area.
A LIFESTYLE RETREAT FOR THOSE WHO LOVE TWINKLING STARS, SUNNY BREEZES, BUTTERFLIES, AND NATURE. This facility is great fun for a family group or family reunion. It is "upscale camping." Den area has stereo with surround sound to the entire facility, DirectTV with Sports Package, DVD, two full size sofas. Front porch is wide and expansive with 8 rocking chairs and porch swing. Nicely stocked library of a variety of books, many Christian and nature themed. Back deck has new stainless steel grill. Tireswing in massive pecan tree, volleyball/badminton net, croquet game set, outdoor basketball goal, horseshoes, and two full size sprinkler fed baseball fields with corn in outfield (like Field of Dreams!) with new covered bleachers make this a fun retreat. Additional lighted wiffle ball field with right field GREEN MONSTER, family fun. Inside downstairs area is limited to about 1800 square feet, the real enjoyment here is the wonderful outdoor spaces on 50 acres not to mention SCARCE housing for University of Alabama Fall football weekends.
Hiking on 50 acres may include a walk down to the creek where you could likely spot turkey, deer, and other wildlife. YOU MIGHT ENJOY A CREEK JUMPING CONTEST ON THE SANDBARS..Think Huckleberry Finn! Many bird feeders and great opportunity for bird watching on the property. Caretakers premises upstairs with additional bedroom and bath is locked off. But, you will have entire downstairs and the glorious outdoors! Full kitchen privileges but NO dishwasher. Guests have access to full cookbook library and may use all spices and supplies in stock as part of their stay. Refrigerator will be clean and empty. Dining Table for four, Picnic tables for twenty outside under shady pecan trees. Plenty of room to dine on the porches also, one table and chairs for 4 on porch. We also have UNIVERSITY OF ALABAMA FOOTBALL, BASKETBALL, BASEBALL, GYMNASTICS, SWIMMING, VOLLEYBALL, TENNIS, GOLF, TRACK...love them all. Also in this rural location within 3 miles we have 4R Rodeo facility, Robertson's BBQ, and C&W Skeet Shooting.

We are high school sweethearts who married after college. Kenny is a retired high school baseball coach, leading one the largest schools in Alabama to several area/region baseball championships. He now is director of non profit baseball camp, Baseball Country. We own the land and this wonderful cottage where you will truly be transported to another place and time! Angeline is employed in sales and enjoys decorating and traveling. Our two children are successfully employed and grown. Life is good and GOD IS GREAT! We love to travel and are open to vacation vrbo exchanges.
