Great place to Stay

Stayed at this house for fourth of July weekend. Very spacious (4 bedrooms), very clean, and very convenient to everything that Long Beach/ Michigan City has to offer. The main area is open which made it a great house for getting together with a group of friends, and the patio area was perfect for bbq'ing and enjoying the nice weather. Especially considering the price, I would highly recommend staying at Cindy's house if you are looking to go to the Michigan City/ Long Beach area with your family or group of friends. Neighbors are all friendly too!

My girlfriends and I do an annual beach getaway! We do one adult girls' nite (6 wome), two nites with small children (5 adults and 4 kids) rest of week 1 - 4 women! The house met our needs perfectly!! Plenty of beds (owner provided a blowup bed small children used for slumber party), loved two full baths and AMPLE linens. House was very clean, spacious and had a well stocked kitchen clean. we put the washer/dryer, patio and grill to good use! Our best find - the public beach in Washington - $6 per car with in and out privileges - concessions - bathrooms and NO giant dune! We had a great time and loved the house! Cindy, the owner was gracious and most helpful!! Would definitely recommend!

Fourth of July visit

My very large family stayed here for a long Fourth of July wkend. Great home, a little small for us, but it is very cute and the pictures don't do it justice. Great accomodating owner, who is very nice. The walk to the beach was long for my 2 yr old, but I didn't mind it. I loved that the house was fully furnished and stocked w/ plenty of towels, sheets, extra blankets and pillows. The only thing I'd change is to add a dishwasher, more cable channels (for downtime,) and eliminate the cobwebs, otherwise it was very comfortable and relaxing.

This is a beautiful home for a small group of people. We had 6 adults and 3 kids and were very comfortable. The furnishings, bathrooms and kitchen were gorgeous. The home was clean with everything there you need plus extras! It was a small hike to the beach but this home is a GREAT value for a wonderful vacation spot. We will be checking on this home next time we stay in Michigan City!!!

We had our highschool girls reunion weekend at this charming house. It was PERFECT! There is so much space, a great patio, and really nice amenities like comfortable linens, big bath towels, handy appliances. Everything is here that you need to have a great stay. It's also an easy walk to the beach. I have nothing but positive things to say about this rental! And to boot, the owner is extremely kind and accommodating!! I highly, highly recommend! Enjoy!
