6BR/7BA Luxury Moon Kai is a newly constructed oceanfront villa estate on the best beach within Cayman Kai. The 5BR Main House and (optional) 1BR Carriage House can sleep a total of 14 people (12 adults max.) with 5 King Suites (each with private bath, and oceanfront screened porch) and a Queen Master suite in the Carriage House. Each suite also has a pull out chair-and-a-half, sleeper for a child. The Carriage House also has a queen sleeper sofa. Oceanfront infinity pool, palms, shaded pavilions and a huge barefoot beach are all within walking distance of the famous Rum Point Club.
The curb appeal for this luxury villa begins with a private courtyard for vehicles as well as a large entry pergola which will ultimately overflow with bougainvillea blooms. A glass wall w/ french doors permits the newly arriving guests a full view of the villa interior as well as the infinity pool and Caribbean Sea through the oceanfront sliding glass doors and screened porch. Besides the requisite amenities of central air-conditioning, ceiling fans, wireless internet and multiple flat screen televisions; “Moon Kai” offers it’s travel-weary guests an interior elevator to the second floor foyer; and a wheelchair ramp to the right of the front steps.
On the second floor there is also a large entertainment area ( TV Loft) on the front of the house with two trundle/daybeds (sleep 4 children).. seating for watching movies or conversation. This unique “extra” family area also has a large porch overlooking the courtyard and pergola…which permits a breeze to flow through the house on those evenings when A/C is not necessary.
6BR/7BA Moon Kai will be one of the most popular large rental villas on Grand Cayman. It offers just the right balance of luxury, space, privacy and amenities to appeal to a wide range of travelers.
