Our property is unique because while all the other vacation rentals are right next to each other "on the sand", we have the best ocean view with the advantage of privacy. We overlook the ocean with just a short walk down the path to the beach, restaurants, shopping and markets. Unobstructed white water ocean views all the way to Monterey.
Private lot surrounded by oak trees and large ferns. We call our home "the tides of Life". Our home has two stories; on the first level is the very modern kitchen, large living room with 32 inch TV, fireplace and large sectional sofa with lounge and other comfortable chairs. The kitchen, dining room, and living room all have great ocean views. There is also a patio off the living room.
This is an open floor plan with vaulted cathedral ceilings. On the second level are three of the bedrooms facing the ocean with queen size beds, off the bedrooms is the sunroom.
The third bedroom is separated from the main house by a large covered patio with a gas barbeque and seating for eight persons. The third bedroom in the "honeymoon cottage" has a canopy king-size bed, fireplace, TV and a full bath with bathtub.
