Lazy Lizard is a beautifully decorated home steps from Florida's most gorgeous white sand beach. Carillon Beach is a perfect getaway- a unique and quaint community that has been featured in Southern Living and Costal Living Magazines. Carillon is near Rosemary Beach and Seaside without the traffic. Lazy Lizard is located at the beach walkover and close to the beachside pool, which makes the location ideal.
This two bedroom, two bathroom house is filled with casual comfort. You have limited ocean views from the second floor. It features a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and an outdoor shower. There is a gazebo perfect for a afternoon cocktails. A fenced in yard gives children or pets plenty of room for play. A queen in the master, twin beds and a pullout sofa make room for six guests.
Carillon Beach features three pools (one heated), tennis courts, lake with canoes and a beautiful downtown area with restaurants, shops, gym and quaint boutiques.
You will want to return to this tranquil setting so close to the action, but peacefully removed from the hustle and bustle. 2-chair beach service Included during summer.
