Also, in front of our Condo is the Beach Club Swimming Pool with Jacuzzi and restaurant service. Our fourth floor condo is beautifully furnished and decorated with custom Rattan Furniture and upscale Art.
Upscale brushed stainless steele kitchen appliances with ice-maker, filtered safe water and granite counter tops. The large terrace is accessed from the living room and the master bedroom, which overlook the Ocean. In our Condo, you will enjoy all the amenities of a five-star Hotel, yet have all the privacy, comfort and security of your home...with a large digital safe to store your Laptop computer and valuables.
Shopping at the local Large Mall is a short 5 minute walk. The Mall has Apparel and gift stores, several restaurants, Bank with ATM Machines, a complete grocery store with beer, wine, liquor and pharmacy. Local Bus Service to Downtown Puerta Vallarta and Wal-Mart just in front of the Mall.

Really enjoyed our stay in this unit! Owner was very easy to work with. Great location and view was spectacular! Furnishings were very nice and comfortable. Wifi in the unit was so convenient. Only drawback is lack of an umbrella on the deck. Afternoon sun can be brutal! Nice that that's the only complaint we had. We've had the problem on other front facing balconies too so it's just a recommendation for the owners to make the deck more afternoon friendly. Would definitely rent this unit again!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
