This four bedroom Luxury Villa is situated on the Highway 192. West of Disney making this your ideal holiday location. It is on the Lindfield Estate which is a quiet residential area, surrounded by beautiful lakes and woodlands, combine this with its quiet surroundings and beautiful landscape, it makes a relaxing place to take your holiday.
Lindfields is only 4 miles from Disney World and well positioned for Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM and all Disney Theme Parks. The Interstate 4 is only minutes away which is the main road to all the major attractions and airports. Many restaurants, supermarkets and shops less than one mile away.
For the golfers Orange Lake is opposite the entrance and numerous other golf courses near by.
This splendid villa is fully air conditioned and the accommodation consists of large open plan living area with cable TV & DVD, alarmed patio doors leading to pool area. Fully equipped kitchen & dining area.
Separate lounge for that quiet drink after visiting one of the many parks, which also has double sofa bed.
Separate dining area with six dining chairs.
There is a selection of books, games, DVDs, CDs and videos which are free for you to enjoy during your stay
Master bedroom with King sized bed, cable TV & VCR, walk in wardrobe. Ensuite with roman bath , walk-in shower, his & her sink, separate toilet and door leading to pool area.
Bedrooms Two & Three are Twin bedded rooms with fitted wardrobes
Bedroom Four has a queen sized bed & fitted wardrobe. All bedrooms and main living area have ceiling fans.

Disappointed - especially with the pool!

The solar cover to the pool was disintegrating into the pool (there were large and small plastic pieces in the pool everywhere). Would NOT allow my children to swim in the pool - plus the filter was not working properly and there was other debris, bugs, etc. Our children were VERY disappointed that they could not swim. The owner ignored my repeated requests to clean the pool or give me a refund for heating the pool. The house smelled of smoke and possible mold, the wash machine was not working properly. It's obvious that the furnishings are original from 1993 when the home was built. Would not recommend this property.
Owner response:A new solar cover was purchased, and the property has many succesfull renters who come back each year, The property is under new management and we have new company cleaning the pool
