  Thank you .so much! Your villa is beautiful and welcoming. Eight of us stayed and it was perfect. Lots of space and wonderful accommodations. The weather was gorgeous and we used the outdoor grill every night and enjoyed sitting on the deck. The area wineries were fantastic and we brought a lot of bottles home with us. Thanks so much for letting us stay at your beautiful villa! Can't wait until next year!

  My family and I have stayed two times now Summer and Winter. This is a great place. I especially like the two levels for the kids fun and our adult fun. We had everything that we needed and more. Very clean and well kept, Upscale furniture and accessories too! I also liked how timley the owners returned our damage deposit. We will definately return. I recommend this place...

  My family and some friends stayed in this house at the end of September, the weather was awsome, the house was beaufifuly decorated and clean and we loved the view. The location was close to town and wineries. We had such a fun time staying up and playing games and visiting. It was a perfect vacation! I would definetly like to stay again. Thanks for opening your home!

  My family and I decided to stay in Manson for a family vacation this year. The location was nice, with more sunlight later in the evening compared to Chelan. The only issue we had was the furnace room was leaking water throughout our stay. The carpet was completely soaked in the bonus room down stairs. We had to constantly change the towels out throughout our stay. The owners did send someone but the inspector moved all the furniture and left without putting anything back. It was frustrating and unfortunate that we had to deal with that during our vacation.

We certainly did what we could to try to take care of the problem with the least amount of inconvenience to you and your family during your stay.   What an amazing week we just spent at your beautiful home. We swam constantly, enjoyed the beautiful view, laughed on the porch every night, wine tasted (daily!) Thank you for opening up your home. We had a wonderful family vacation!

  I stayed here with my exteded family, a total of 12 people. The house is advertised to sleep 12-14 but 12 was really pushing it. The kitchen is TINY and for more than one family, this was a real challenge. Also, the air conditioning system needs to be upgraded or repaired. We stayed during mid August and it was uncomfortably hot upstairs and very, very cold downstairs. It is definately a house that looks a lot better online than in person. The saving grace was the pool! It's a fantastic (heated) pool and the kids loved it.

  Owner response: Thank you for your review. We are very upfront with the number of bedrooms and sleeping accommodations, we allow 12-14 but it is at the comfort level you choose. We offer hide-a-beds, extra air beds, roll-aways as well as floor mats so we can accommodate more guests. The kitchen is fully stocked and functional, there is a good picture of what we offer on the listing. Basements do typically stay much cooler in the summer but we are looking into what we can do to make the air conditioner run more efficiently.   Hi Amy, I just wanted to thankyou so much for allowing us to use your incredible house for the week. We just got back a couple of days ago and I already miss the peacefulness and comfort of your home. Our family enjoyed every minute of being there. Our favorite thing to do was sit out on the porch for hours and just talk and laugh together. Your home had everything we could have possibly needed to make our stay comfortable including PLENTY of towels :) It wasnt as close to the lake as we thought but it didnt matter with a pool that was always at 80 degrees, we never wanted to go to the lake!! Thankyou again for allowing us to make some fun family memories that will always be with us. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay.

  Thank you so much for renting out this amazing house. We had a blast, lots of good memories. Nothing like sitting in the sun by the pool or cruising on the lake in the boat listening to Snoop Dog! Can't wait to come again.

Additional information about rental rates

All rentals are subject to a $175 cleaning fee, 8.2% sales tax and 2% Chelan lodging tax, and a $500 refundable damage deposit.

Three night minimum stay in off peak, spring and fall seasons and 7 night minimum stay during Peak Summer season.
