We stayed at this property during spring break and found everything about the house to be exceptional! The description and photos of the property are very accurate. It's a beautiful home, very well maintained and the owers are incredibly nice to deal with. There are so many things to do within a short distance of the house. We truly enjoyed everything we did from the beach to the flea market to just hanging out around the property. We would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a clean, relaxing, well-equipped place to take a beach vacation!!!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

If you need to relax and enjoy the beach, then this beach house is perfect. It is located in a very elegant and quiet, gated community that features recreational facilities for tennis, two swimming pools (one indoor/one outdoor), bocci, volleyball, etc. The house is about 3/4 mile walking distance to the ocean, or an easy bike-ride or drive. The ocean currents are warm, and gentle. Plus, there is an ocean front, bather-friendly cafe for lunch or dinner. The beach house has all the modern conveniences to make your vacation comfortable.

We like the easy walk or bike ride to the two pools. Plus the Ocean within a mile with free parking. We can walk to rent a golf cart any time we want. We have been to many beachs, but Surfside Beach is the BEST! We agree with the renters, Surfside is a safe, family area. John and Sandy

We stayed at the house the during the winter months of 010 and 011. The property narrative is accurate-and the websites pictures clearly describe the interior. Great view from rear deck of pond and fountain. We found the home to be well kept and clean, as well well stocked with kitchen utensils, etc. Beds were comfortable-Our landlords, Sandy and John were gracious and responded quickly if there was a concern. Oceanside Villages is a great community with lots to do, and safe(24/7 security). Quick access to golf (Tupelo Bay across street) and great restaurant, the Conch Cafe.
Recommended for:Pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This was our second stay.We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and back sundeck,grilling on the downstairs patio.The well equipped kitchen was great for the birthday party! We walked or used the free bikes and rented golf cart to ride to the two pools, tennis/basketball courts and to the free ocean parking.It is near golf courses, shopping, water park, amusement parks and within a mile of the ocean.
