The open water views of the Gulf of Mexico are outstanding from the expansive back porch or the the multiple french doors that rim the living, dining and kitchen areas! The kitchen is the center point of the home with the living and dining area wrapping around the u shaped bar area. Fabulous granite counters have just been installed and a total face lift for the cabinets! The master bedroom, with a King bed, has its own bath with tumbled marble tile and sculptured glass accents. French doors from the bedroom as well as the bath lead to the back porch which wraps around to join the second bedroom which has a Queen bed. A hall bath serves the second bedroom and the upstairs loft bedroom which has 2 Twin beds. The access to the loft is via spiral staircase. Plantation shutters surround the room and give you the option to open up to the living area below or close up for privacy.
A lovely and generous freshwater pool and spa have been placed waterside and offer another ideal location to relax and look at the water and sunset colors. Just beyond the pool a pier dock offers boat dockage and a great spot to relax and enjoy the views also. Wonderful snorkeling off the dock and the nearby waters! You may even catch a fish for dinner off the dock! The waterside porch offers outdoor dining and lounge chairs perfect for a quiet relaxing afternoon.
This home now offers complimentary kayaks for guest use. A great shoreline to explore and view wildlife above and below the water!
Please note ..If you enjoy vacationing with other families this house is next door to our other listing on this site, which is another three bedroom gulf front home (The Gulf Front Refuge) with a fantastic pool and spa. This is designated a non-smoking home. Small pets will be considered.
