Our big city family has stayed on the Newport Beach peninsula a number of times in the past. This was by far the best vacation we have had since I was a kid. The place was better than we could have imagined because of all the usable stuff perfect for everything my family wanted to do being so close to the beach, boardwalk, parks and the harbor channels. The place is really super and there was plenty of space for our young family of 7 and some drop in guests. Having the washer and dryer was so nice. Parking was great too, and the owners always made us feel up to speed and right at home in this vibrant beach town. Believe me you can and will want to walk everywhere its just so casual, great spot- everyday was an adventure. We already booked our week in advance the owners are so real and what a cool beach family. Thanks for the use of the fishing poles.

Our family of 8 certainly enjoyed our first summer visit to Newport Beach. Mother Nature was a bit fickle so having such a nice place to stay really made all the difference. We also really enjoyed the suggestions by the owners as to some alternative things to do around the beach house and it's perfect location. It seemed as though everything was provided, so traveling from out of state was very convenient, as we did not have to bring so much stuff or spend needlessly. The location was so beach close and access to the harbor was cool on the double kayak and even the standing paddle board my husband really got a kick out of doing. Riding the tandem bike up and down the boardwalk was a thrill, its been years since we've had such fun bicycling with the whole family. We were all quite comfortable and it was hard to leave such a nice place. Hi guys we look forward to coming back and have recommended this listing to our many friends!

Thanks for a great time the beach house was perfect! Just as advertised and we really had fun on the Duffy boat. The teens really enjoyed using the beach cruisers and seeing the whole peninsula. Since we live close by we'll have to bring a few more guests to fill the place up. Can't wait to see the new shopping center when its done even though we'll miss the albertsons. Next year should be a pretty exciting summer.

What a wonderful place. It was even better in person and the owners are simply so nice and friendly. Everything was exactly as expected (which is not always the case with some other rental properties.) It was in a real nice location to enjoy our vacation at the beach and our kids really loved having so many extra things to use. My brother's wife really appreciated the clean and well appointed beach house. There was even sun screen and after sun lotion provided. Also it was awesome spending time on the roof deck with views all around and our family enjoyed using the clean stainless steel bbqs every day. I would highly recommend that your family stay here for a really nice summer vacation.
