This condo is located in Kihei, on Maui's sunny southern coast, literally steps away from Kamaole Beach One. You have a spectacular ocean view from inside the condo and from your lanai. Kamaole Beach One is a white sand beach, which boasts generally mild surf, perfect for swimming and boogie boarding. You can snorkel at two rock outcroppings, at either end of the beach, where sea turtles sometimes hang out. The rocks also provide fun tide pools to explore at low tide. A lifeguard is on duty seven days a week, and there is a public bathroom and shower. There is also an on-site swimming pool (shared) for your enjoyment.

Just steps from your lanai are gas barbecues and a picnic table, where you can watch the sunset or the whales in the winter, while you prepare dinner. If you opt to dine out, you can choose from the huge selection of restaurants Maui has to offer. The nice thing about Kihei, is that, there are inexpensive and moderately priced eateries, as well as world class restaurants, offering gourmet cuisine. Many restaurants, as well as shops, are within walking distance of the condo.

This one bedroom, 1-1/2 bath, sleeps from 2 to 4 people, with the queen sized sofa bed in the living room. Located in the small intimate and friendly condo complex of Kamaole Beach Club, you will find this unit to be a home away from home, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and washer and dryer. The condo is very attractively, yet comfortably furnished. Also, for your beach fun, we provide two boogie boards, 2 low beach chairs, 4 collapsible sport chairs with arms, a beach umbrella, a rolling cooler, and more.

Kihei also has a variety of supermarkets, a Long's Drugstore, and tourist shops. We also will leave you a Welcome Basket, with a few days worth of products to get you started, along with a Maika'i (locals) card for discounts at Foodland.

  • We just wanted to drop you a line to say how much we enjoyed staying in your condo! We have been to Maui over 15 times in the past several years and your condo can't be matched for location and ease or getting to and from the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and were able to sit back and relax on Kam 1. The condo was very well appointed and we lacked for nothing. Having beach chairs and extra towels was wonderful!!   • July 10-24th, Spent to two weeks in this great condo. It has all you could want. It is an older and not a luxury unit but a great value, great for a couple. The beach is just across the street and can be seen from the lani. Lots of good restraunts and quick pick up food places and some nice shops near by. No AC but it does have a portable unit which makes sleeping easier on those hot nights. There are plenty of beach chairs, towels, boogies boards and snorkle equipment. Pool is a nice place to spend a lazy afternoon but remember to bring a portable umbrella for a little shade. Over all if you don't mind just a basic condo and want to spend a bit longer time in Maui this is the unit for you.

  • This condo has it all! From the fully stocked kitchen - not just the basics, but many, many extras - the beach gear (chairs, umbrella, mats, coolers, towels, etc.), extra pillows, really nice new furniture, (the queen sofa sleeper was SO-O-O-O comfortable!), the decor - all the little extra touches throughout the condo, this condo has it all!!! I cannot wait to come back! I can't tell you how mesmerizing watching the ocean is - from the lanai or even from the living room. Next time I'm coming in winter when the whales are here so I can watch them from here, too. The welcome basket with laundry soap, coffee, dishwasher soap, paper towels, other bathroom products, the discount grocery store cards - and more - what a way to get us started! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I had the time of my life.
