LAVISH LIVING condominium: This condominium is located in the heart of DC. Many convenient walking destinations including the Washington Convention Center, MCI Center, Martin Luther King Memorial Library, National Museum of Women in the Arts, Franklin Park, the beautiful and revitalized China Town, Metro Stations, shops, restaurants, and more. Off-site parking is available. Approximately 10 minutes cas ride to White Hose, US Capitol, Library of Congress, Botanical Gardens, Kennedy Center, and so much more.

These condos are between 550 to over 560sq ft of living space. which includes one bedroom, one marble tile full bath, a living-dining room, and a fully appointed kitchen with mable cabinet and granite counter top. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and there is a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room, or inflatable queen bed depending on unit in the living area. All bedding and towels are supplied.

The kitchen has a complete set of utensils, dishes, pots and pans, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and washer/dryer. The condominium also has a TV with Cable, a VCR and DVD player. High-speed DSL Internet service is provided with international, local and long distance calls. Some countries will require a surcharge.

  • My 16 year old daughter and I stayed in Trinh's condo from 3/28/09 thru 4/3/09 and it was absolutely perfect. Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated with all the amenities, central, safe and clean neighborhood close to the main attractions & metro subway(its in the area close to the Convention Center), etc. Trinh was great to work with: Immediately responded to our inquiries, refunded our deposit in a timely manner, and delivered everything as promised. You'll save tons of money vs. booking a hotel, plus you'll have a "home away from home" with full kitchen and living room. Wash. DC was a fun vacation spot and we'll be returning for sure, including staying at Trinh's condo. Thanks Trinh!

It was so nice to come back to it after a long day of sightseeing. And the location was terrific - we got around so easily either on foot or metro. Washington, DC is a great place to vacation. Of course, there was too much to see so, hopefully, we can visit again in the future. Nora Buettner
