We have just renovated this villa with new kitchen, quartz counters,walk-in shower, new flooring, furniture. Located on the gorgeous executive par three golf course at Edgewater Beach Resort. The villa has a brand new fully equipped kitchen with new cabinets, appliances, and is ideal for a gourmet meal or light snack.
A king-size bed, two queen-size, two full baths, three TVs cable (living room has HDTV), VCR, DVD, high speed broadband internet. A porch overlooking the golf course's beautiful eighth island hole is delightful for having your morning coffee, or if you prefer, you can even have room-service in your villa.
The villa is very close to the private pedestrian walkway to the beach, or if you are toting small children and equipment, why not take the resort's private tram which comes by every few minutes. If you prefer to stay at the villa, there is a pool within steps of the unit.
The resort is completely fenced, gated and security patrols 24 hours daily. The amenities include an executive par three golf course, 12 Plexicushion tennis courts (six lighted for night play), pro shop, complete workout facility, aerobic room, extensive spa services, three hot tubs, Pizza Hut, Oceans restaurant for an elegant dinner or breakfast and lunch on the terrace overlooking the emerald blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
The famous Polynesian style Lagoon Pool is an 11,000 square feet free-form pool with landscaped islands and several water falls. Several restaurants, movie theatre, Publix, shopping, roller rink, bowling and miniature golf are within walking distance of the resort.
For our winter guests, the resort offers many activities including gold scrambles, water aerobics, bridge, aerobics, potlucks, etc. Many winter guests meet at Edgewater and look forward to returning year after year. You can inquire about our reasonable monthly rates.

Owner Description
My husband and I are retired. We live 5 minutes from the resort and are able to give excellent service to our guests. For instance, a 13 year old girl had a kidney stone attack in the middle of the night. We got out of bed and took her to the appropriate hospital, got our urologist for her and tended their younger children so that her parents could be with her.
We are also available to offer advice about the local restaurants, which includes a couple of "pearls" off the normal tourist path.
Why the Owner Chose Edgewater Beach Resort
We love the area and had been vacationing here since 1985. We like the fact that it is an 11-12 hour drive from our home in Cincinnati. The beaches are gorgeous and the people warm and friendly. It is less expensive than other locations on the Panhandle and a much easier drive than to south Florida.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
It is a full service 4 star resort. We love walking the beach, having lunch on the deck at Oceans, coffee at Edgies, pizza at Pizza Hut, the fabulous Lagoon pool as well as the semi-private pool at the end of our building. There is an excellent executive par three golf course, tournament quality tennis courts and a great work out room and aerobic classes. You can walk to Publix, restaurants and entertainment. The resort is top quality, you can even have room service - what more could you ask for!

I spent a week in late September 2011 at this rental, and was very pleased. It was a quiet place to relax. The beach was about a 5 minute walk or if you like you could drive to the towers of Edgewater beach and park right by the Gulf. This was a great time to stay, the off season rental was a bargin, the owners were available for anything that I might have had questions for. I recomend the walmart about 5 or so minutes for most of your food items. My only regret is that I am too far away to take advantage of this great condo rental. I do recommend this property to every one.

My family and I stayed in this condo this apring and had a wonderful time. The condo was beautiful and exceptionally clean, the owners were fantastic. What a lovely surprise to have a wonderful gift pack from them stuffed with delicious treats.
