This is the perfect deal for wishing people wishing to stay a little longer, when "dining in" is a must, and you appreciate a little more living space.
The little kitchentte has everything to to meet your needs: including, but not limited to a coffee maker, rice cooker, toaster oven, hot plate, pots n pans, and utensils.
In addition you'll find an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, stainless steel grab bars by the toilet and inside the shower. The shower also has a hand-held shower head. There is ample storage space for your luggage with TWO closets.
Although this is one of Hilo's older buildings, it is well-maintained and provides a safe, secure environment.

Why the Owner Chose Hilo
Although we love the mountains, we also love the sea. Robert espeically enjoys kayaking on his days off inside the breakwater on Hilo Bay.
When this ocean-front condo cameup for sale, we grabbed it. The sea breezes, view of the harbor, and causual life-styleswayed us into buying it.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Our unit directly hovers over the lapping ocean waves. The small 3-story complex is next to Reed's Bay and along BAnyan Drive. It is well managed and has good security. It feels safe and sound here. You'll be able to walk along Banyan Drive to many restaurants, bars/lounges, and convenience stores. It's a great place to just hang out!

ALoha! Robert and I, Susan, also own the ALoha Junction B&B in Volcano. Susan teaches 3rd grade, full time at a small public school about 15 miles away, and Robert maintains, cooks, and greets visitors at the B&B. We love it here ~ and have made Volcano, Hawaii our own for the past 40 years.
