Feel like you are in Paris, in this 100 year old copy of a Parisian building on Juncal, one block off Callao; it is a comfortable 785 square feet (73 square meters) with 14 foot-high ceilings. The full-sized balcony off the living room faces into a beautiful, quiet, park-like setting, and the apartment is full of light.
The balcony sets this property apart from many others, as outdoor access is important in Buenos Aires because the weather is wonderful. Expense was not an issue in furnishing this property, as we live in it two or three months per year.
It has the feel of a home, rather than a sterile "rental apartment" or little bland box in a hotel. The luxurious features include: cordless phone with voicemail, WiFi, room safe, and a mix of new and antique furnishings, plus 22 framed prints and original art.
Both bedrooms have a king-sized bed, a TV with cable and DVD player in the Master, stereo/CD player, hair dryer and individual bedside lighting in case you like to read in bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer and microwave oven, clothes washer, silverware, glasses and stemware including champagne glasses. There is a coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, blender and all cooking utensils.

An elegant apartment. The Management Team, headed by Robert Shive and Nancy, are accommodating to every detail. They both have my deepest appreciation. Instant friends and a guide to everything. Being a journalist on assignment, I pay attention to fact and detail. This was the perfect home for a month, in a perfect location. Elegant, fashionable, clean, and fashionably furnished, smart Taste. The courtyard is special. The owners are just as nice and charming as this spacious apartment, making this a memorable Buenos Aires assignment. I will return again and again. Nathaniel Lande
