This Non-Smoking house with one-floor living has three bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed, one with two twin beds and one with a Murphy bed so it can be used as a family room during the day. There are two full bathrooms with showers available in each one. The complete kitchen and open floor plan make entertaining fun and easy.

There is a patio, tile floors, a one and-a-half car garage, a well-kept front yard and a back yard for activities. There are very comfortable, tasteful furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen and all linens--including beach towels--are provided. SMALL DOGS ALLOWED. Gated community with good security (You will be issued a parking pass for your stay) and three beautiful pools.

Guests in the community may use a Sugar Mill Country Club Rental Privilege Card to preview the amenities, enjoy 27 holes of Championship Golf, Tennis Courts, Gourmet Dining facilities, and socialize with the guests. The cost varies depending on the length of stay. Everyone may use the golf paths and may walk or bike around the beautifully-landscaped streets and woodlands with lakes and a variety of citrus trees grown on the property.

Beautiful beach, Intercoastal waterway, and National Seashore 10-minute drive. Historic sites, Old Florida views as well as modern shopping and restaurants.
