For the Horse enthusiasts who would like to bring their horses. Our air conditioned one bedroom apartment with queen-sized bed/high quality mattress, hardwood floors throughout, full bath with tub and shower, living room with double-sized sofa bed accommodates four easily. There is a full kitchen with all utensils, fridge with icemaker, electric range. Plenty of closet space in foyer, walk-in closet and stand in closet in Master Suite. Master suite has satellite TV with built-in VCR. The living room has satellite TV.
There is covered parking below the apartment. Private entrance to heated tack room with full bath. There are seven stalls - two brood mare stalls. The wash stall is inside the barn with hot and cold running water. Our paddocks and fields have field pumps. We are fenced and cross fenced with three or four board fencing. Plenty of parking available for horse trailer/s and vehicles.
Swimming Pool available upon request. Washer/Dryer available upon request. This is a smoke-free facility.
