This beautiful condo, in the gated Jade East Tower complex, fills up fast! For you convenience and safety, we use a random generated numeric coded door entry system. NO MORE DEMAGNATIZED KEYS! Also, no off-site Check-In is required! WiFi High Speed internet is included with your rental.

Just wanted to take a moment and let you know we could not have enjoyed your condo more during our Destin Vacation. We have visited Destin for years back to when our children were toddlers and up until the present as young adults. This was one of the few tripa when we found the accomodations to be better than expected. Your video tour does not do the condo justice. Please know we all treated it like our own home. We checked out at 8:00 am and I did call housekeeping to let them know they could get an early start getting it ready for the next guests. Thank you again for your services. We will definitely contact you for next year's reservation as soon as we choose our Destin week! (and maybe an early Spring Break trip, as well) Looking forward to it already. Have a wonderful summer.

We just returned from vacationing in Destin 2 days ago. We stayed a week in this awesome condo. There were 4 adults and 3 kids and we couldn't have had a more pleasant stay. The condo is beautiful with great views and is well equipped with everything you could need. The Jade East property is well maintained and we never saw another place we would rather have been. I highly recommend this condo and a destin vacation. We have been to florida many times and have also been to cancun, this was by far the relaxing vacation we have experienced and the best accomodations.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

A group of eight family members stayed in this most delightful condo over Memorial Day week. The condo was superb and the gulf view was absolutely breathtaking.It was pure enjoyment sitting out on the deck, day or night, while listening to the waves and letting the gulf breeze blow in our face. It was centrally located with easy access to everything Destin has to offer. We found the place immaculately cleaned and it was well supplied with everything we needed. The booking process was quite easy and the owner very pleasant to work with. Jade East is very well managed and groomed. Kudos to the beach boy who went out of his way daily to set up our umbrellas and take great care of us! What a relaxing way to start out our summer and I highly recommend this condo unit and the Destin, FL area to all.

This huge 3 bedroom condo has beautiful views, centrally located and decorated very tastefully. Windfall took very good care of us and answered all questions. We also had a semi-handicapped father with us and had no problems moving him about in his wheelchair throughout the condo. We have been coming to Destin for over 20 years and this is one of the most beautiful places we have rented. Yes, we are coming back!
