Great Smoky Mountains Railroad 35 minutes away in Dillsboro; rafting and kayaking down the Nantahala, Ocoee, and other rivers are nearby. Great shopping fun, restaurants, and festivities await you at Highlands NC, Cashiers NC, Dillsboro NC, Franklin NC, and Dillard GA. Golf is available nearby. Gambling is available nearby at Cherokee 40 minutes away. Asheville and the Biltmore are one hour away through some of the most beautiful drives in all of the Appalachian Mountains.
