Enjoy the serenity of the Northwoods of Wisconsin, in this updated, comfortable home. Our home sits on two acres of solid trees, yet the area surrounding the home is open and sunny, with lots of room to play. Enjoy 120 feet of lake shore, a great swimming area and fishing dock. Two paddle boats, a canoe, a trampoline, and a swing are available to you. There is room to dock a boat that you may bring. Roast marshmallows around the campfire at night.
Our home has three bedrooms upstairs, and two baths. Bedroom one has a king-size log bed, two has two twins, three has a queen. On the main level of our home, you will enjoy a fully updated kitchen, and floor to ceiling stone fireplace in the vaulted family room. Our lower level has an entertainment area. A crib or pack and play is available upon request.
Our lake is over 400 acres of very clear water with a sandy bottom. It is wonderful for fishing, swimming, boating, or floating. From our lot, you can see only trees as you gaze across to the East side of the lake. For a fall getaway our colors are hard to beat. This is also beautiful snowy retreat in the winter.
In nearby Cumberland and Turtle Lake, enjoy the Casino, an assortment of restaurants, antique shops, gift shops, bowling, several scenic golf courses, go carts, parks, groceries, festivals, ice cream parlors, and coffee shops. Go a few more miles to Hayward, Spooner, or Rice Lake to canoe through scenic waterways, enjoy Horseback riding, nature walks, flea markets, movie theatres, a variety of shopping options, the rodeo, shooting, miniature golf, water parks, lakeside dining, hiking, lumber jack shows, biking,massage, bumper cars, museums, and nature centers.
In the winter enjoy miles of state snowmobile trails with access right off our lake, ice skating, downhill and cross country skiing, snow shoeing and dog sled rides.
