Perfect place to strol to for shopping at Whole Foods to dining outdoors and now the famed Silverspot Cinema is open! The most luxurious movie cinema on this coast!!!!!Besides that on the opposite corners of this intersection there are two supermarkets, Walgreens, a cinema, post office, restaurants etc..
Two bicycles (vintage?)are also provided for your use. A ten-minute bike ride or a five-minute car ride to the beautiful Vanderbilt Beach with miles to walk in both directions or lunch at the famous Turtle Club on the Beach or people watch at the Ritz!
Property is located near Southeast corner of Vanderbuilt and 41. You must cross 41 (light is very close) to get to beach. There is a new public parking structure at entrance to Vanderbilt Beach which is a fie minute car ride. Or visit Delnor Higgins State Park voted in top 10 of most beautiful beaches in USA! It is an 8 minute drive or bike there 3.2 miles each way!
This unit has a private entrance on ground level along with a small foyer /closet; from there you walk up a set of stairs to main level where you find living, dining kitchen, split bath, laundry and master suite. Another set of stairs lead from this area to loft which is used as second bedroom and is open to livng area.. Both bedrooms have king sized beds. There is just one bath and it is on the main level, but, it has a pocket door seperating one vanity and toilet from a second vaity and tub/shower. A bit more convenient than a standard one bath.
