This modern and sleek, two-bedroom plus loft bed, two-and-one-half bath home comfortably sleeps a family of six. The inside is sure to please with a fully-updated kitchen with granite counters, limestone floors, stainless steel appliances, and fully stocked with every kitchen amenity you will need. The great room is spacious with a separate game table and a nice collection of DVDs for you to view on the TV with cable. The bathrooms are also in limestone with beautiful glass tile accents. And it is so clean! This house is lovingly used by our family on a regular basis.
High Speed Internet Access (bring your own laptop) and Unlimited Nationwide Long Distance Calling is included!
You will enjoy an attached garage with a full-size washer and dryer and boogie boards and wetsuits are at your disposal too! Boogie boards must mean the ocean is nearby then? YES! We are steps away from one of the more "private" beach areas in the area. Seabluffe enjoys the private beach feel because the public can only access this beach by walking in from South Ponto or the Grandview steps. During even the busiest times, we enjoy a quiet beach while we look to the north and south at the crowds of people at the rest of the beach. Additionally, the home is located about 50 feet from one of two pools and clubhouse.
Do not forget the basketball courts and children's tot lot too! You will need to fill out the one-page registration form at least two weeks before your stay to obtain proper security passes.

We had the best vacation ever, thanks soooooo much for letting us use your house. My husband (who never wants to stay at the same house more than once) wants to stay there again next time we go to San Diego (we're actually talking about visiting Costa Rica sometime too....will hit you up for details about that whenever we decide to go). We had such a great trip, we went snail hunting (your California snails are much bigger than our Texas snails...must be the weather), to the beach daily (thanks for the toys!!!), Legoland twice, we went tide pooling and saw the seals in La Jolla, picked strawberries, went to a Padres game (very kid friendly!!), went to the zoo, hung out w/my brother and the new baby, had family movie nights (THANKS for the great DVD selection, my 5 year old boy LOVED "Blue Crush" and put it on the grocery list today for us to buy...It's so nice to go on vacation with your kids and leave all your worries behind. The HARDEST part is now, trying to get back to a routine and the drudgery of regular life!!!!!

We had a wonderful time at your house. Thank you so much for providing such a beautiful place to say. It is rare to find a house that is both kid friendly and nice! You have so many fun toys for kids- Diego loved the wetsuit and boogie board (although he preferred using them on the lawn where the board didn't actually move!). We really appreciated how well stocked the house is. The kitchen had everything we needed (although the toaster didn't work-we used the toaster oven instead). It is obvious that you have put a lot of thought into making people's visits so pleasant- all those extra touches are really appreciated. So thank you very much for sharing your place. We hope to be able to return another time!!

The pictures don't do this place justice, although they did grab our attention at first. What made us book though was the wonderfully friendly contact with homeowner Kim, who continued to offer assistance via email right up to and during our stay. We had an amazing holiday with our teenage daughters, and found the beach house a perfect base to explore places close to home (Escondido Friday night Cruisin' Grand a must with 400+ vintage and custom cars lining the streets) to day trips to LA and San Diego, and even a roadtrip to Vegas. The girls loved their surf lessons on the beach, and we loved not having to get up from a lounger to get them there!! Not only would we come back in a heartbeat, we've already booked. We loved our 2 weeks at the beach house. It was so quiet and peaceful. Everything that we needed to feel at home was there. Stores and restaurants were very plentiful to choose from. We were able to relax and really enjoy daily walks on the beach. It was truly a memorable experience.

Where do I begin? I stayed at the beach house for a while and it was the most relaxing place I have ever experienced! There is nothing better then sitting in your living room hearing the waves crash and smelling the ocean breeze blow through your house! The beach house is an excellent place to vacation, there is so much to do! With the sun sets, pools, views you couldn't ask for anything more! It is like you are on your own little island, so peaceful! I will definitely be going back! If there is space...

Where do I start!?!?! If you are looking for a place to relax or just enjoy the beach there is no better place then the beach house! There is nothing more relaxing then sitting in your living room and hearing the waves crash! I would 100% take advantage of the opening while they are still avalible! I absolutely cherished every moment I was there and I'm sure you will too!

Awesome place with top notch location and amenities. Quiet, comfortable and spotless. Several restaraunts within walking distance or bbq on the large upstairs deck. Good times.
