The town of Boca Grande is situated on seven mile long Gasparilla Island in the Gulf of Mexico. The island and town have the feel of a Carribean location. You will leave the hectic life of the Mainland behind when you cross the bridge to this Island escape!
There are no high-rise buildings, fast food restaurants, malls, or stoplights. However, the island has all the amenities you?ll need; restaurants, grocery stores, art galleries, bike/golf-cart rentals, quaint shops, a hardware store, paved paths for your bike or golf cart and a community center with playgrounds, theater and a fitness facility. You'll find the tunnel of banyan trees you drive through enchanting as you explore the town of Boca Grande, which is rich in history.
Island activities include kayaking, boating, sailing, golf, tennis, fishing, beach combing on pristine white sand beaches, biking, visiting the historic light house, and much more.
A bird watchers paradise, the island is home to many species including osprey and pelicans; there are eagle nests off island. Southwest Florida has some of the best fishing in the world and there is no shortage of fishing guides and charter boats on the island. There are several excellent golf courses nearby and quaint shops carry beautiful merchandise.
This beach front condominium has a stunning view of the water; dolphins can often be seen visiting just off the beach, the sunsets are spectacular, the shelling is very good, and the fishing right at Sea Oats is rewarding.
In addition, the Sea Oats Condominium Complex features lavish tropical gardens and a courtyard with pool, hot tub, grills, chaise lounges, and two tennis courts right out your door.
It is common to see chameleons, tortoises and exotic bird-life as you take your short stroll through the gardens to the pool or beach.
This condominium is a third floor unit with a bird?s eye view of the Gulf and just a few steps from the beach. A large screened in porch is perfect for relaxing and meals. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, full bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a private entrance to the condo bathroom. Unit sleeps 4-6 comfortably. Dining area accommodates six (6) for meals. New 40 inch big screen HD TV, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, and AC. Covered parking is located under the building. Linens included.
