Cozy home on large, wooded, corner lot. Located on a cul-de-sac between a canal and the golf course. Has bulkhead to tie up kayak or small boat. Outside deck with table and chairs overlooking the water. Recently underwent extensive remodeling and redecorating. Kitchen is very complete, including wine glasses for your eating or entertaining pleasure. Airy, bright sunporch allows great views of water and shady treed yard.
Ocean Pines is a quiet family-oriented neighborhood which offers many amenities, some at no cost and some with a nominal charge. There is no charge for bike trails, boat launch, numerous parks. There is a small charge for golf, tennis, and swimming pools. Just a short drive to Ocean City beach and boardwalk,(approx. 5 mi.) Our guests will enjoy Complimentary Pass and Parking Permit for private Ocean Pines Beach Club on the ocean at 49 St in Ocean City. The quaint town of Berlin is about 3 mi west and just a few minutes will get you to Assateague Island where you and your dog will enjoy the surf and the wild ponies.
We have available, at no charge, 2 kayaks. Renters must sign up for use of these prior to arrival.
We will provide linens for a small laundry charge. Families only, includes your pet, no groups. While we have sleeping for 7, we limit number to 6, including children. This is a NO SMOKING home.
This is a Sunday - Sunday rental. Check-in 3 p.m.; check-out 10 a.m. Late check out will result in a charge for an extra day.
Will consider long-term Winter rental for small family. Contact for special low cost rates.

Sept. 13-Oct. 17 $755/week, Oct. 18-Dec. 31 $600/week,$300 weekend
Payment by CHECK 30 DAYS PRIOR TO CK-IN. Late reserv. may be paid by
money order. Non-refundable deposit of 1/2 the rental amount is due within 5 days.
Unless otherwise agreed, weekend is Fri & Sat. night.
Refundables: Security deposit $150, $250 w/ kayaks. Pet deposit an additional $100
