Cozy home on large, wooded, corner lot overlooking the water. Located on a cul-de-sac between a canal and the golf course. Has bulkhead to tie up kayak or small boat with nearby free boat launch. Entertain on the outside deck with table, chairs and a barbecue grill - all on the peaceful canal. You may even spot an occasional egret just outside your door. Kitchen is very complete, including wine glasses, blender and coffee maker for your eating pleasure. Airy, bright sunporch allows great views of water and shady treed yard. There is an all-new bathroom off the Master bedroom for Mom & Dads quiet time.

Ocean Pines is a pleasant family-oriented neighborhood which offers many amenities, some at no cost and some with a nominal charge. There is no charge for bike trails, boat launch, numerous parks. There is a small charge for golf, tennis, and swimming pools. we provide FREE PASSES to Private Ocean Pines Beach Club with pool, dressing rooms and restaurant..It is just a short drive to Ocean City beach and boardwalk,(approx. 5 mi.) The quaint town of Berlin is about 5 mi west and just a few minutes will get you to Assateague Island where you and your dog will enjoy the surf and the wild ponies. There are several restaurants within 1 mi offering everything from Fast Food to Fine Dining. For excitement, there is a new Casino located at Ocean Downs Harness racing track less than 3 miles away.

We have available, at no charge, 2 kayaks. Renters must sign up for use of these prior to arrival. Just stroll across the yard to fish or boat.

Linens may be rented for a small laundry charge. Families only, no groups. While we have sleeping for 7, we limit number to 6, including children. This is strictly enforced and extra people may be a violation of Lease and reason for eviction. NO SMOKING home.

This is a Sunday - Sunday rental. Check-in 3 p.m.

Compimentary pass and parking permit to private Ocean Pines Beach Club in Ocean City. Includes pool, restaurant, showers and cocktail bar on the Beach at 49 St. Pool open until Labor Day.

Final payment and deposits by personal check are due 30 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN
Late reservations may be paid by money order or certified check.
Non-refundable deposit of 1/2 the rental amount is due within 5 days to hold res.
Unless otherwise agreed, weekend is Fri & Sat. night.
Refundables: Security deposit $150, $250 w/ kayaks. Pet deposit an additional $100
