Enjoy a panoramic ocean view and cool breezes from the private balcony of this charming villa (second from front). Newly remodeled, with all the conveniences of home. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants, water park, night clubs/pubs and miniature golf. Queensize bed with connecting bathroom and new queensize sleeper sofa in front room with new flat screen TV/DVD and mounted TV/DVD player in bedroom. Newly installed heat/air unit.
The complex is ocean front and our unit is the second unit from the front and is just steps from the ocean and the private pool. The complex has bike racks to lock private owned or rented cycles to enjoy while you stay and grills and picnic tables across from the pool so you can swim while your food is grilling! A sundeck is also available with lounge chairs for sunning or evening relaxation while enjoying the moon and the ocean waves.
The island includes over 30 miles of bike trails, with free bike delivery and pickup, 12 miles of white sand beaches, world renown golf courses and tennis courts. Only feet from the famous Tiki Hut, which features live music daily, volleyball, and exotic drinks.
Seaside Villas is a gated community, featuring two swimming pools, washer and dryer on each floor, and elevators. The villa sleeps six,sofa-bed, queen-size bed in a private bedroom,and two bunk beds.
Great for a family vacation, romantic getaway, or a good time with friends.

We stayed here only for a weekend but hope to get back again. Condo was very clean and in a great location. Close to plenty to do and easy short walk to a great stretch of beach. Would definitely recommend this unit.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at Hilton Head and this condo. The condo was very clean and located conveniently close to the beach access. I would recommend it to anyone.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I just got back from a nice long relaxing weekend on Hilton Head Island. I love staying at Carla's condo. From the time you walk in the door you truly know your at the beach, from the beachy decor to the gorgeous view off the balcony.This vacation home is also in a great location close to Coligny where you can walk along the the beach to a shops and restaurants. I look forward to returning every year. If your looking for a new home away from home I would strong suggest becoming one of Carla's new guest.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I usually don't take the time and write a review online,and I could have just wrote a little something in there guest book and went on about my business,but from the first conversation my wife had with the owners to the day we left it was a great experience.I wanted what I had to say to be read by more than just a few people.We had never been to Hilton Head so not knowing the area is a little scary in the sense of, is what they are telling us is true or not.Sometimes pics can be misleading and what you read. OK here it goes,the condo was just as they said it was and nothing no different than what you read here on vrbo.The decor just welcomes you as you walk through the door.It was very clean and I have children so,i am more than a little picky.The view and it being just steps from the ocean was just as you read. Now i will say if you are looking for a champagne and caviar place to stay,this is probably not the place for you!! But,if your looking for just a great place to take your family or a couples getaway look no further. Carla,was more than kind to us,we never called with a question that she did not return promptly and we would love to come back next year if we can. So thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful condo and may all who enter take care of it,because finding good,honest people are hard to find!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: I've owned the condo since 2003 and really miss it when you want to visit!! Love the view from the balcony and the new bike trails all through the island---soooo peaceful!!! If you are looking for bright lights and loud noises, don't bother to attend. If tranquility is your thing---come one come all and enjoy the most relaxing getaway on the east coast---my home away from home!!! Come one come all and tell your friends about us!!
