We just returned from a fabulous week at this condo. We have stayed at VRBO condos many times, this was by far the best. The owner is super organized, the provisions she supplies are generous and so helpful when staying for a short visit, no running around the first night to buy the basics to get you started.The patio is so relaxing, watching all the birds and golfers, we golfed at Superstition Springs twice, nice course and so close. I would stay here again, well done Christina.

We stayed here for 9 nights after staying at another condo for 5 previous days. There was no comparison. The pictures really do not do it justice. And the amenities that were included were all that you could want and more. Thanks Christina for allowing us to stay in your home and we really hope to return.

Beautiful property, outstanding location

We spent a week here in April of 2012. The property is in a super location, close to restaurants, shopping, a grocery store, gas stations, Starbucks and a car wash. The owner has stocked the cupboards with spices, coffees and teas, condiments, paper goods, soap [laundry, bath, hand and dish] and cleaning supplies. The beds are comfortable and the patio is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy. We ate most of our meals on the patio and loved being out by the pond watching the golfers, the ducks, geese and birds, and the sunset. All the appliances are top notch; the laundry is excellent. The owner has put a lot of thought into making her property comfortable. The unit is beautifully decorated and well-stocked with DVD movies and books. There are TVs in the living room and the master suite, a stereo radio/CD player in the living room, and the unit has wi-fi. The complex is quiet and well-kept with lots of sidewalks for taking a daily stroll. We especially liked the fact that each of the bedrooms had a bath that was accessible without having to go out into the common areas. The showers are equipped with shower heads that include removable hand-held sprayers and can be set for just the hand-held sprayer, just the outer ring of the shower head, or both. Both bathrooms also have hair dryers. Lots of little extras set this place apart from other rentals: bathrobes, oversized towels for use at the pool, lotion for dry skin, wine glasses, a food processor, slow cooker, remote-controlled ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms, and a great assortment of cookware and utensils. This is a wonderful place to stay and an excellent value. If we ever return to Mesa, we would definitely consider this as our first choice for lodging.

Guaranteed Enjoyable Stay

We are a repeat guest at this particular condo as we absolutely enjoy staying here. Escape from your daily routine to a warm, welcome and elegant gated condo. This lovely interior decorated property is fully furnished, clean and had all the amenities and spacious comforts of home even in the smallest details. The owner was extremely friendly, organized and accommodating. You will have many pleasant memories during your stay and we highly recommend this condo to everyone.

Owner response:I have several returning guests....they really like the locations and unlike other rentals in the area, this unit offers lots of goodies. So, there is a cost saving to the you the renter, because the owner has provided lots of your everyday needs.

Ideal Mesa Vacation Condo

This was the second year we have rented this condo and we have already reserved a time for next year. This condo is probably the best equipped rental unit we have ever stayed in. It even has a BBQ, which non of the nearby units appear to have. The unit is very nicely furnished and is also ideally located with in the complex. It is and end unit with beautiful views of the golf course and sun sets from the patio. There are many amenities close by (groceries, restaurants and shopping) which we took the opportunity to walk to rather than drive. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a carefree, hassle free place to spend some vacation time.

Owner response:Over the years I try to LISTEN to my guests and try to stock several items that meet everyone's needs. Unlike other vacation rentals, my condo is luxuriously appointed with many amenities for your enjoyment and a saving to you; including many of the basics like salt/pepper, coffee, tea, spices, sugar, creamer, olive oil, canola oil, condiments of mustard, ketchup, mayo, popcorn, oatmeal, plus paper supplies of paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, cups, plates, plastic bags, foil wrap, plastic wrap, plus laundry supplies, bath soap etc. We also have many DVD movies, games and a library of books for your enjoyment. There are cozy robes to snuggle in while having your morning coffee on the patio with a fabulous view of the golf course and lake.

Great location with good nearby restaurants, & shopping also easy freeway access. The property photos accuratly reflects the condition. The owner was very helpful, organized, she also provided a binder that made it easy to get the lay of the land. I would reccomend to any friend or family without hesitation. We'll be back!

MY FAVORITE THING TO DO EVERY DAY WAS TO BE OUT ON THE PATIO. EVERY MORNING WE WOULD HEAD OUTSIDE WITH OUR COFFEE. IT MIGHT HAVE BEEN JUNE, AND WARM BUT IT WAS SO VERY NICE TO SIT ON THE PATIO, WATCH THE GEESE, THE BUNNIES AND A VISIT FROM A HUMMING BIRD EACH DAY. THE CONDO WAS ALSO VERY NICE AND CLEAN AND WE ESPECIALLY ENJOYED HAVING A VARIETY OF STORES AND RESTURANTS ALL WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CONDO.

Very Nice Condo!

We spent 2 weeks in Christina's condo in April/May this year and were very pleased with our choice. The reservation/rental contract was professional and communication was great. The condo is beautiful inside and well stocked with all the amenities. There are games to play, videos, DVD's and books as well. There are walking trails all thru the complex as well as across the main streets surrounding the complex. It is located in a safe, clean, quiet area, that has many places to eat, shop and even go to a movie. We couldn't get enough of the gorgeous sunsets over the lake right in front of our patio. Every evening we were home, was spent enjoying the sunset. We highly recommend this condo as a great vacation getaway. We have used vacation rentals in the Mesa/Chandler area several times over the last few years. This condo is #1 on our list of all the places we have stayed. Owner response:Many guest forget that APRIL AND MAY are wonderful months to visit Mesa, Arizona. The weather is not too hot, generally in the 80's to 90's. Another benefit is that most of the snowbirds have head back north therefore not as much traffic. Plus the sunsets are beautiful and you have it all right on your patio.

My husband and I bought our first home at Superstition Lakes. We always felt special when we ran into people who were vacationing in one of the condos, because we got to live there year round. After moving out of state and having our first baby, it was OUR chance to Vacation in Mesa. We brought our baby (3 months) to stay in Christina’s condo right after Christmas. I was a little nervous traveling with our little one, and all the stuff he needs. I was thrilled that we were able to get a condo with all the space for the same price as a nice hotel. Before we left I made a shopping list with things that I didn’t want to pack, but knew we would need like laundry detergent, hand soap, a blow dryer, dish soap, hangers, diapers and wipes. I was so surprised when we arrived and could cross everything off my list (except diapers and wipes). Christina even left out a portable baby swing which our little guy loved! The condo is decorated with a Southwest feel, and has a beautiful view from both the living room and Master bedroom. We felt right at home and even spent our first New Years as parents eating pizza (Barro’s) and watching movies. It was important to me to have a first floor unit (the stairs are steep in the second story units) and a King-size bed in the master (I was surprised at how well the Bed fit - I remembered the rooms being a little smaller). The only downside to our trip was that it actually snowed the first day we were there! Some little things that might be helpful to know - there is no TV or bathtub in the second bedroom and the drawer space is a little limited. The closets are HUGE though! The pool and jacuzzi aren't fancy, but warm and the lounge chairs are super comfy. (As an Arizona native, I was shocked to see people swimming in January). Finally, you might want to hide the Rubik's Cube - my husband stayed up late several nights trying to solve it to no avail (even with the instruction guide!) I highly recommend this unit if you truly want all the comforts of home in a resort setting during your vacation.

Regarding the second bedroom: It has a queen bed and two drawer night stands, the five foot dresser for extra cloths is located outside the door in the hallway, since there was not enough "comfortable space" within the second bedroom. A luggage rack is located in the second bedroom for your convienence as well as a laundry hamper and a closet with hangers. Todate, have not had a request for a TV in the second bedroom, there are two located in the condo, one in the family room and the second in the master suite. May consider this upgrade in the future. Lots and lots of extras are packed into this condo... so that you can enjoy your stay in comfort.

We just completed a wonderful week at this condo and couldn't have found a nicer place! It was very clean, comfortable, stylishly furnished and exceptionally well equipped. The owner has taken alot of care in ensuring our stay at her condo was as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Wonderful location, close to all amenities, quiet, and beautiful view from patio. We are looking forward to returning and would highly recommend this condo!

Stayed week of oct18-25/2010. Weather was beautiful. Enjoyed getting up every morning at 7:00 am with the birds and having my coffee on the deck, perfect way to start the day and end the day with a glass of wine and watching all the geese return for the evening.Condo was decorated with taste and had everything you would need and more. We are golfers so we went to superstition Springs and the food was excellent on the balcony with a view of the mountains in the backround. I walked every morning on the paths in safety and comfort. Restaurants within walking distance and make sure you try BH Changs.

This condo is BEAUTIFUL, IMMACULATE and WELL-EQUIPPED! The patio is a delight, we enjoyed the peaceful mornings and evenings overlooking the golf course. (The afternoons were too hot in September!) This was a beautiful place to stay during our trip. It was so nice to be able to feel at home and not crunched in a hotel room. We could strech out and relax at our leisure. We just got back from a week at this beautiful condo. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the Mesa area. As mentioned below, the pictures on the website just do not do it justice. It is furnished with everything you could possibly need and we love the location. The walking paths in the area are great. We'll definitely be back!

This website does not convey the absolute beauty of this condo. We especially liked the southwestern decor, it was very lovely and peaceful. There is a sliding glass door from both the living room and bedroom to a wonderful patio where wildlife abounds on the lake behind the condo. We had a Canadian Geese family (four babies) visit us every day! Turtles, wading birds, hummingbirds were everywhere. The interior was well-appointed with everything we needed and more. If I could rate this condo, I would definitely give it five stars. You will not be disappointed!
