B-44 is an oceanfront, two bedroom condo, overlooking Honokeana Cove, one of Maui's most beautiful coves, renown for it's turtles, coral, and tropical fish. West facing view for spectacular breath-taking sunsets. Ground floor end unit, without stairs, for maximum privacy and tropical yard.

Unit is located in Napili Point Resort, a very special complex, in one of the best locations on Maui. The grounds are perfectly manicured with a wonderful assortment of tropical fragrant flora. Adjacent to crescent-shaped Napili Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches in Hawaii. Perfect for swimming, body-surfing snorkeling, boogie boarding, or for the less venturesome, sunbathing, and Mai-Tai's, on a gorgeous sandy beach.

The condo is located on one of Maui's best snorkeling coves and a short walk from Napili Bay. Surfers can, with a few steps, access a right point break, or just a short paddle south, a perfect left and right. It is difficult to leave without having seen several rainbows.

Spectacular, oceanfront setting with expansive views. Front corner unit for maximum privacy! Sleeps 4 in two bedrooms, with a pull-out sofa in the living room. There are two on-site oceanfront swimming pools and several barbecue areas, positioned for perfect sunset views. Rolling green lawns, fragrant flowers, and coconut palm trees complete this paradise setting.

Fully furnished and nicely equipped for your relaxed enjoyment! One bedroom has a king bed, the other has twins that can be joined. Living room has a pull-out sofa sleeper. Both bedrooms have wall mounted air conditioning units.

Fully-equipped kitchen including refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and oven, microwave oven, toaster, blender, coffee maker, cookware, glassware and dishes, utensils, etc. Includes washer and dryer. All linens and towels provided. Three color televisions with cable, VCR and DVD player, and a stereo. Everything except meals, so that you can relax and really enjoy your stay.

Maid service is provided daily, and there are limited cleaning supplies in the condo.

Several gas barbecues with tables and ocean front views are close and conveniently located throughout the property. A wonderful setting on the northwest shore of Maui, just south of Kapalua Resort, Ritz-Carlton, Championship Golf and exquisite dining.
