Sit and watch the sea while the kids nap, sun and swim on the private beach, read a book on the window seat in the master bedroom, cook on the gas grill and "eat at the best ocean view table in town!". Go antiquing, shopping, golf, out to dinner, in the fall and winter, cuddle up on the sofa in front of the fireplace after a walk on the beach.
