ENJOY this beautiful gulf front condominium located in charming Longboat Key, just north of Sarasota. Longboat Key is a quiet, lushly landscaped barrier island with no neon or fast food restaurants. It is considered to be one of the Gulf Coast's most beautiful and desirable communities. The area offers varied activities for "days off" from the beach including: bike rentals, Mote Acquarium (one of our favorites); high end shopping on St. Armand's Circle, the Pelican Sanctuary; the Ringling Museum of Art, the Asolo Theater, and many other cultural venues in nearby Sarasota. For those wanting to stay fit, a paved walking/biking/ jogging path set back from the road runs the length of Longboat Key, passing in front of our complex. There are also free, beautifully maintained public tennis courts overlooking the Bay nearby. The Central Gulf Coast area is also known for its many golf courses, with an estimated 79 courses in the vicinity.

The condo complex sits on a beautiful Gulf beach with beautifully landscaped grounds conveying a casual but elegant sensibility. It is a small, 11 unit complex without high rise giants nearby. The unit is only steps from the quiet, uncrowded beach. Grassy dunes roll over powdery white sand, leading to aquamarine surf...at times you feel as though you're on your own private beach.

Our immaculate unit overlooks the water, and boasts new furniture, appliances and accessories. It is well-stocked with just about everything you could need in the kitchen. We've added all the amenities we always wished were provided when we rented condos, including a large notebook filled with local information. The unit is designed with front and rear entries. A very substantial door separates the back bedroom and bath from the front bedroom, bath and living area. This is ideal for couples who might be sharing the unit, or for families with children as it provides increased privacy and quiet in the back bedroom area. Finally, you may appreciate the heated pool, and a charming patio area, surrounded by flowering bushes and native plantings. A gas grill is available for your use just outside our unit. A covered area with tables and chairs is also provided, should you want a larger area for entertaining under shelter.

Days can be spent discovering all the area has to offer, or simply beachcombing for shells, watching dolphins gracefully break the waves as they pass by. The warm, gentle Gulf waters make wading and swimming truly enjoyable. Picture yourself sitting on the white sand beach with family and friends, as the sun drops below the fiery horizon. Everyone should hold the memory of at least one spectacular Gulf of Mexico sunset in their hearts.

These are lovely accommodations, set in pristine tropical surroundings, where you can mix diverse activities with utter relaxation. Our condominium is designed for the beach lover in your soul. Come to Paradise.

  • This was in many ways a perfect fit for us. We had fine weather overall. The location is superb-20 min. from I-75; close (but not too close)to Tampa, St. Pete, Sarasota, Bradenton; on the uncongested north end of the key; and best of all, right on the beach where the walking and shelling and sunset-watching never grow tiresome. Out time slot was also great for us: mid to late January when the worst of winter rules back home. The unit and cluster are as appealing as anything we've seen on Longboat Key: clean, well-designed and landscaped, very private, good little pool, great view from the balcony. In sum, a near-perfect combo.

  • This is, by far, the most beautiful place we have ever rented. We loved being so close to the beach, which was clean, beautiful white sand, and had almost a private beach. The view of the beach from the veranda was spectacular, especially for watching sunsets. This condo is so well equipped and stocked that there was NOTHING we needed once we got there. They have thought of EVERYTHING to make your stay as pleasurable and hassle-free as possible. Nice supply of books and videos for us to enjoy. Lovely pool and beautiful landscaping. Remote, yet close to stores and wonderful restuarants. Brand new mattresses gave us a very restful nights sleep. We look forward to going back again and again, and hope to take our family with us next time. Very roomy with lots of sleeping accomodations. We HIGHLY recommend this lovely getaway condo.

  • What a beautiful setting. I loved being able to walk for miles from the front door miles down the beach with barely a soul around. An energizing swim anytime just a few steps from the door. And, all the comforts and conveniences of home. The most relaxing vacation of my life.

  • My husband and I have stayed in many different condos throughout the years and I can honestly say that not one can compare to this unit. From the moment we set foot inside, it was obvious that the owners had made every effort to make sure we had a stress free, relaxing time. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The unit was very clean and well maintained, with a spacious dining area and living room from which there's a beautiful view of the water. In terms of the beach, I have never been so close to the water, and the beach was just as they described. The sand was so soft, clean, and white, and the water was warm and crystal clear. What surprised me most, however, was that for most of the week there was no one else (or very few) in sight on the beach! It truly was like having our own private place. I cannot recommend this location more highly and I cannot wait to come back to this unit! Thanks again! -Debbie and Connor Newark, New Jersey

  • This is a perfect relaxing vacation spot!!! Like a little piece of heaven! You have your own private beach with gorgeous white sand and it is quiet, relaxing, and just wonderful. The condo has everything you could ask for and is very spacious. The area is also nice and quiet, but has alot to offer nearby. It is not overrun with tourists. The condo has a book showing all of the things there are to do and also the menus from the many restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this condo for a wonderful, relaxing vacation. ENJOY!!!

  • This is a beautiful, well equiped, and very clean condo. View of Gulf and Beach is spectacular. Beach is nice to walk on, not crowded. Pool is very nice/clean. Great to stay right on the beach, and not in a high rise. Great location.
