Amazing Stay on Amazing Longboat Key!

Glorious, marvelous, fabulous, amazing, stunning, rejuvenating...are just a few words to describe our stay at the Cabana Beach Club. Larry has gone to great lengths the ensure that his condo is amazingly well-equipped for comfort and convenience. I open a closet, and find laundry baskets. Walking around looking for a place to hang a towel...there are hangers on the back of each door. Well stocked kitchen, complete with convenient dry erase board to keep track of important notes/numbers/grocery list. Master bed is super comfortable, and our daughter has slept amazingly well in the twin bed. Condo filled with books, games, and magazines. AWESOME binder compiled by the owner with area information and activities. A second binder filled with local restaurant menus and comments to help you make a wise decision regarding dining choices. Longboat Key is even more amazing than I remember. Friendly people, impeccable beaches, clear ocean water, tons of family friendly activities! Thank you Larry for renting your condo out. We will most assuredly return in the future. Many family memories have been made!!

I am so happy that we found this place! The pictures does not do it justice!! It's very large, quiet, clean and had everything we needed. Beach chairs, umbrella's sand toys and plenty of towels!! Beds were very comfy! The location was great..either direction you go there is plenty to do...4 miles from Bradenton..about 9 miles from Sarasota. The beach was fabulous..clean, lots of sea shells and beautiful clear water. Had a manatee swim close to us on two different days, also saw lots of dolphins. There was never more than 20 people on the beach. Access to the beach was wonderful...about 150 steps..you don't have to worry about carrying so much stuff because the condo is so close. Sunset and view was amazing! Loved being in the kitchen and being able to see the gulf. Can't wait to go back to this little piece of paradise!!

This condo was everything pictured and described in the ad. The owners seem to have thought of everything...from kitchen utensils to beach and bath towels to beach/pool toys to books and movies to the barbeque grills, etc. etc...We loved the proximity to the beach and the beautiful view from the balcony from sunrise to sunset every day we were there! There were fabulous restaurants within a few minutes of the condo. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this lovely condo...

This was in many ways a perfect fit for us. We had fine weather overall. The location is superb-20 min. from I-75; close (but not too close)to Tampa, St. Pete, Sarasota, Bradenton; on the uncongested north end of the key; and best of all, right on the beach where the walking and shelling and sunset-watching never grow tiresome. Out time slot was also great for us: mid to late January when the worst of winter rules back home. The unit and cluster are as appealing as anything we've seen on Longboat Key: clean, well-designed and landscaped, very private, good little pool, great view from the balcony. In sum, a near-perfect combo.

Dear Larry and Beth, Our overall experience was excellent! We liked the view of the beach and your accomodations the most. We also rented an additional two other units for our children. You did a GREAT job in decorating. The unit looks very nice-especially the framed artwork. Stacey at the front desk was very helpful. This is, by far, the most beautiful place we have ever rented. We loved being so close to the beach, which was clean, beautiful white sand, and had almost a private beach. The view of the beach from the veranda was spectacular, especially for watching sunsets. This condo is so well equipped and stocked that there was NOTHING we needed once we got there. They have thought of EVERYTHING to make your stay as pleasurable and hassle-free as possible. Nice supply of books and videos for us to enjoy. Lovely pool and beautiful landscaping. Remote, yet close to stores and wonderful restuarants. Brand new mattresses gave us a very restful nights sleep. We look forward to going back again and again, and hope to take our family with us next time. Very roomy with lots of sleeping accomodations. We HIGHLY recommend this lovely getaway condo.

What a beautiful setting. I loved being able to walk for miles from the front door miles down the beach with barely a soul around. An energizing swim anytime just a few steps from the door. And, all the comforts and conveniences of home. The most relaxing vacation of my life.

My husband and I have stayed in many different condos throughout the years and I can honestly say that not one can compare to this unit. From the moment we set foot inside, it was obvious that the owners had made every effort to make sure we had a stress free, relaxing time. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The unit was very clean and well maintained, with a spacious dining area and living room from which there's a beautiful view of the water. In terms of the beach, I have never been so close to the water, and the beach was just as they described. The sand was so soft, clean, and white, and the water was warm and crystal clear. What surprised me most, however, was that for most of the week there was no one else (or very few) in sight on the beach! It truly was like having our own private place. This is a perfect relaxing vacation spot!!! Like a little piece of heaven! You have your own private beach with gorgeous white sand and it is quiet, relaxing, and just wonderful. The condo has everything you could ask for and is very spacious. The area is also nice and quiet, but has alot to offer nearby. It is not overrun with tourists. The condo has a book showing all of the things there are to do and also the menus from the many restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this condo for a wonderful, relaxing vacation. ENJOY!!!

This is a beautiful, well equiped, and very clean condo. View of Gulf and Beach is spectacular. Beach is nice to walk on, not crowded. Pool is very nice/clean. Great to stay right on the beach, and not in a high rise. Great location.

We loved our visit here. The view is amazing! Also the privacy of the beach is perfect. We very much appreciate the umbrella. We have an infant, so sun exposure had to be limited! That was so nice to have in the villa. We would love to return and will share the beauty of the place with all our friends.

Sehr ruhige Lage, eigener Grillplatz, eigener Strandabschnitt (am Wochenende etwas unruhig), Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück, Wir hatten wunderschöne 4 Wochen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aussreichend vorhanden, Ausgehmöglichkeiten ebenfalls super (Promifaktor) Preise waren erschwinglich. Zimmer waren sauber. Garantierter freier Blick vom grossen Balkon aufs Meer. Für uns wurde definitiv ein Traum wahr. Stressfreier Urlaub da werden wir wiederkommen.
