  While it is true the pictures seem to accurately depict the condo, I don't think I was quite prepared for the sub-par conditions of the furnishings and rooms. I guess everything always looks better in pictures than it does in reality. Aside from it being a bit beat up, it really wasn't bad except for the bedding. Upon arrival, the condo was clean and I can tell the linens themselves had been changed but the comforter and pillows needed to be either bleached or burned! They truly grossed me out and should be updated immediately. The view is spectacular and the convenience to bar/restaurants (downstairs), local restaurants(Mi Casita), and stores (Walgreens) within walking distance was very convenient. I originally chose this unit because of the view, size of the beds, and the working kitchen. I would be lying if I didn't say I was disappointed in the kitchen. I expected it to be a bit more stocked and functioning than it actually was. There wasn't even salt and pepper shakers for crying out loud! We did some food shopping and then realized it was a waste of time unless we wanted to fully stock the kitchen ourselves. They should consider placing a few every day items in the kitchen to make their renter's lives easier. The water pressure from the shower is less than would be desired, but I believe that is an island-wide issue and likely not correctable. All in all, the place just needs a little sprucing up and it could be a gem. Working with Jorge the realtor was a pleasure. For the most part, he was easy to reach and quite accommodating. My hope is that they take this feedback and make the few corrections they can so future renters could be pleasantly surprised and want to return.

  The apartment is in an excellent location and laid out well. The decor is rather bland, but that was OK. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the unit worked out very well for us. However, there were some problems I'd like to point out: 1) the water pressure from the shower head is virtually non-existant and the tub doesn't drain properly, 2) the coffee maker is sub-standard, being too small for a number of people and it also drips all over the counter, 3) the sheets and towels are worn and not so clean. We hope this feedback helps to improve the experience for future guests.
