  We stayed in the condo for a week and we loved it. The view of the ocean 24/7 is beautiful!!! All you hear is the sound of the waves day and night. The condo is in a great location with Walgreen's across the street and Pueblo Supermarket not too far from there. The apartment is clean and beautiful, fully equipped with everything you need. You walk out the building and the beach is there. The parking space was also great since we had a rental car. The apartment is also very safe since they have securities at the front and also at the parking lot the whole night. Overall, it was a great stay, very clean and comfortable. Jorge was a pleasure to work with. He was always very helpful and attentive. We already recommended this place to our friends and family. If we go to PR sometime soon, we will definitely stay here again. Thanks for the great stay!

  The apartment was great. When we arrived it was very clean, exactly like the pictures. The pictures of the view don't do it justice, the view from the balcony is amazing! Eating breakfast out on the balcony every morning was awesome. I went with my girlfriend and three other friends for Spring Break. The beach is less than a minute down the elevator and out the door, you can't get closer. All our other friends on Spring Break stayed in Isla Verde at various different apartments and hotels, but ours was clearly the nicest. Jorge wasn't there when we arrived, but he walked us through what to do on the phone and we quickly met up with another realtor who helped us get settled and gave us another set of keys. The apartment was recently renovated, so it has a few quirks. There were a few tiny ants and a small leak in the bathroom, but definitely nothing major. The area around Isla Verde is vastly different from the Boston area, where we're from. It takes a little getting used to, but the beach is awesome and the food is great! Make sure to visit Old San Juan, and Condado, the nightlife is great. Would absolutely recommend to a friend.

  The condo is in the perfect location with the best views of the ocean. It was very clean and modern. Better than the pictures in my opinion. All of the basic necessities were already available in the condo. I felt very safe and secure with the 24 hour security. My friends and I already looking forward to our next Puerto Rico vacation, and Marbella will definitely be our location of choice. Thank you Jorge for everything. :-)

  First of all I must say how professional and wonderful our real estate agent was. We arrived late in the evening and he met us on time at the condo to give us the keys and for a tour. When it was time to check out, within 15 minutes notice he came to collect the keys. He was a pleasure doing business with. The condo was brand new, clean, and beautiful; stocked with new sheets and towels, dishes and glasses. (We have stayed four times at El San Juan, which we love, and this was nicer). Both of the bedrooms and living room face the ocean and there is a balcony with million dollar views. It was everything that the listing said and MUCH more. We stayed a week and didn't want to leave. There are 24-hour security cameras and the security men were very friendly at the main lobby. Security was perfect; There is a key to get into the building, to the pool, and to the beach. The property was very clean and well-maintained (beach, pool, hallways, lobby). The location on Isla Verde was centrally located to restaurants, supermarkets, drug store and bus/taxi service. Not only would I recommend this property to a friend or relative, I am DEFINITELY coming back to this condo and I am planning on buying/renting in this building in the near future. I was just home a few days and received my deposit check. It was very quiet (unlike in a hotel). As we walked the beach, we realized how much quieter and peaceful our spot was versus the beach sections of hotels. They say a picture is worth a thousand words; believe it or not it is nicer in person and we were speechless!

  This was a wonderful condo, the location was perfect and the views of the beach were wonderful. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and it had everything we needed for our stay. Every room had a view of the beach. The property was safe, peaceful, and well maintained. To go to the beach one only had to go downstairs, open the door and you were there. You could walk to restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores, etc. We will be going back!!!
