This immaculate fashionable villa is in Barefoot's beautiful and unique community, The Havens, surrounded by the Greg Normal course on two sides and the Waterway on one end. The villa is privately owned and proudly managed by Barefoot Paradise Vacations, the most unique management company in Barefoot Resort. The Havens has its own superb L-shaped pool, pool house with showers and bathrooms, lounge chairs, umbrella tables, outdoor grilling, picnic table, wide sidewalks for riding bikes or walking, all just steps from the waterway.
Housed in a beautiful three story secured building with coded access, hotel caliber lobby, elevators and a private garage for your use, this villa is perfect for families. This striking villa has 1,600 square feet of outstanding living space with stunning appointments throughout. The main living area is filled with upscale, comfortable and relaxing furnishings. A lovely writing desk, large enough for your laptop, compliments one area. A large screen TV with a DVD and VCR is housed in the built in cabinetry, accompanied by a complete stereo system, movies, books and games.
A fabulous king-size plantation poster bed graces the master suite in true Southern style. Furnishings in the master include a full chest with romantic night lighting, a matching TV armoire, cool custom paint tones, designer ceiling fans, tray ceilings and chic accessories. Leading to the private master bath suite is a full walk in closet. The master bath suite includes a large walk in shower, Jacuzzi tub, his and hers vanities, marble countertops, tiled flooring and handsome cabinetry.
A gorgeous cherry sleigh daybed with trundle compliments the surrounding décor that includes a chest, TV, end table, Tiffany light figures and graceful window treatments. This room is perfect as either a bedroom or den. The third bedroom has two Wesley Allen iron twin beds, oil paintings, a stunning TV armoire and chest, full closet and fantastic views!
The huge gourmet kitchen has been custom painted, has upgraded appliances, Maple cabinetry, Corian countertops, a Corian seamless hi-lo sink, tiled flooring and is completely overstocked with house wares, including a set of china. There has been nothing left out. If you have it at home, we have it here. There is even a flat panel TV on the countertop so the cook will have company! Adjoining the lovely kitchen is the dining room with seating for six, a china cupboard and views of the golf course from every window.
Dine inside or out because the screened lanai is fully furnished with seating for six, a ceiling fan, waterfall and, again, awesome views! Dinner or cocktails in the evening here are most enjoyable especially with the afternoon breeze pouring in from the oceanfront.
The stunning Barefoot Yacht Club, 142 slip marina and Docksider's waterfront restaurant await you as well. Guests also have access to the spectacular main resort pool, the largest in the state, with a relaxing covered hot spa, open seasonally, with sections for children and amazing views of the Intracoastal Waterway right in front. Jet skis are also available for rental at the marina.
We offer a complimentary seasonally operated shuttle service to the oceanfront, just a short distance across the Intracoastal Waterway. The shuttle stop at The Havens is right at the pool! There you have access to a full service bathroom, showers and vending machines. No other resort offers service like Barefoot.
