My husband and I booked our vacation with Lorraine from 5/16 to 5/25. The weather was perfect and the beaches were wide, clean and overall perfect. We loved the condo. The bamboo flooring was beautiful and the view was perfect. I was glad I packed my favorite skillet because the cooking pans weren't very good. The only suggestion I have for Lorraine is that she needs to stock some drinking glasses (there were only a few), a cookie sheet, and a new skillet. That wasn't a problem for us but for others it may be an issue. The bed was comfortable (firm) and the condo was well kept and quiet. Thank you Lorraine for allowing us to stay in your condo. We hope to come back soon.Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.

My husband & I had a family reunion to attend in Jacksonville & wanted to stay at Topsail so that we could introduce our 20 month old to the beach for the 1st time. We wanted a condo for the simple fact of having the luxury of a fully kitchen & laundry as a result of having a 20 month old : ) this condo was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for us! It had everything we needed; it was quiet & watching the dolphins in the orbing was AMAZING. Also being able to just walk downstairs to take our lil man right to the beach was so nice instead of having to pack up stuff & travel to get to the beach. Also it was close enough to so much stuff we were able to take our lil man to the aquarium on a rainy day as well as the zoo in jacksonville & still have time for the beac. The owner was so nice & easy to work with. We THOROUGHLY enjoyed our stay & will return!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+.
