Cottage is oceanfront in Boothbay Harbor, Maine at Spruce Point, brand new vintage cottage, with steps to the sea, and a stone's throw from the large deck. The cottage is newly reconstructed: 3 bedroom; 2 full bathrooms and in basement there will be a 3rd bathroom in 2010. Wood floors, pine painted walls and cathedral ceilings throughout the cottage with a field-stone wood burning fireplace in living-room. The kitchen is now open concept with a bar. The beds are queen size in bedrooms. The step-down basement is new but will not be completely finished at this time (there will be cable TV in basement with furniture). There is a new deck across the back of the cottage with steps to the ocean. We have added our own dock (float is not in yet). We are private but adjacent to the Spruce Point Inn, with a 5-star restaurant, tavern with entertainment, lunch available by the swimming pools.
Playground and child care programs, for day and night, for a fee, teen and adult game room, spa, pools, hot tubs, and fitness center are available. Bikes and kayaks available first come. We are a skip to the Inn. Most of our guests never leave Spruce Point, so relax, read and enjoy the sea from the cottage deck. Three fog horns can be heard from the cottage. Bird watching, which consists of sea ducks, loons, herons, and osprey, can be very fulfilling. You can see seals basking on rocks and a family of minks scurrying along the shore line.
We are 1.6 mile walk along the ocean to footbridge and harbor activities. Often our guests walk to town, several times a day

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
May to October .. $275/night .. $1995/week.
50% Deposit due at booking, balance due 3 weeks before arrival date.
We only rent 10 weeks, if you have to cancel for any reason and there is time to
re-book, and we can fill your date(s), we will refund your money.
You may sub-let, with owner's approval.
Sometimes we make exceptions for pets with pre-approval and $500 Pet Deposit.
Usually, book from Saturday to Saturday but will do other nights, if available
7% Maine State Tax is required, we accept Checks and Money Orders.
